Very friendly used car lot. It has the feel of a family business. Bob is extremely friendly and his staff helped us find a car that suited our needs well (a 2007 R used car lot. The car feels great and should do well in the long run. I'll keep everyone updated if something goes awry, but so far so good, and I have a lot of confidence in the vehicle. The price was reasonable and after checking kelly and Edmunds it was sold at a fair price. I'd recommend Autodirect. Chad was very helpful in showing us cars and getting us financing (although I will refinance this car at a much lower rate). More
