Perfect family owned dealership So I took my friend here to purchase a car. She doesn't have the best credit so.we both weren't too optimistic. As soon as we walked in we were greeted nicely from the owner Bob and his son Chad. We test drove a few cars and Chad worked his magic with the numbers. A problem came up that was on our end. Bob quickly resolved the problem and was really accommodating. There was no pressure on purchase. They wanted to make sure the car she brought she liked and fit her budget. The dealership we were at before in Philly before we came here didn't compare. They were unorganized and only wanted a sale. Not here they only wanted to make sure everything was perfect for her. At the end of the day we drove off the lot. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. More

Told Bob our situation and asked if the vehicle is in pristine condition?, because driving somewhere far and being disappointed has been the story so far. In summary, Bob told him to come down for when he'll see it satisfaction will be met. That was nothing but the truth, the car was in excellent condition along with the customer service. Needed a Second Vehicle I was in the market for a second car for my wife. I went to a couple other dealerships before I met Bob and Chad. The experiences I had at the other dealerships were horrific (putting it lightly). I found Auto Direct Cars on Google. They had a very impressive website, so my wife and I went to see them. We walked into the sales office, and was greeted by Bob. Bob introduced us to the entire staff. When asked if he could help us we told him the vehicle we were looking for. His only question was "How much did you want to spend?" We told him, he took us outside and showed us about ten beautiful, well maintained vehicles in our price range. My wife picked out a beautiful Blue Ford Escape in about 10 minutes Chad had us approved with a payment we could afford. Thank you, Bob, Chad, and the rest of the gang for all your help. More

Great Customer Service I started searching for a car for my wife online & came across three cars I was interested in. I chose not to go look at no other vehicle I found my wife's new used car. There customer service was awesome and the was very polite , never pressured us about any vehicle. In my experience at other dealerships, the sellers were all about striking deals and pushing me to buy. This would be my first car loan, so I had my father assist me during the process. At Auto Direct I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. Bob was extremely attentive to us when we initially visited on a busy Saturday. He listened to our needs and made recommendations based on our ability to finance and budget. Bob and Chad worked very hard to get a car that would be a financial fit for us. Everyone on staff that I worked with was courteous and in the end I am very satisfied with my purchase of a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. I have been driving my Hyundai for a week and couldn't be happier! The car rides like a dream, is great on gas, has under 50k miles and I can drive in confidence knowing I have a reliable vehicle. Overall excellent customer service and experience! Thank you again!
