Never had such a great car buying experience. I found a 2005 ford explorer through Auto Direct Cars website. I expressed to Bob over the phone that my credit was not that great, he told me to stop I found a 2005 ford explorer through Auto Direct Cars website. I expressed to Bob over the phone that my credit was not that great, he told me to stop in and bring some of my pay stubs, and any bills that come to my address in my name. I stopped in a few days later, and worked with Doug. Doug was very confident that I would get approved for a loan. He called me back a few hours later and said that everything was good to go! Even better my payments were lower than I expected. Now being a former mechanic I looked the car over and found a few minor issues, Doug made a list, and when I went to pick the SUV up all had been repaired by their mechanic, they even had a repair order! I have been to plenty of car dealerships before, and even worked at one as a mechanic, and have to see this is the best car buying experience I have had! They are not pushy in any sense, and are very friendly. Even better the owner, Bob called me a few times from his personal number to thank me and to see how the vehicle is.
