He was a great all around guy who gave us great insight on many different vehicles and most importantly made us feel at home. They were very patient with us and took a lot of their time to make sure that we found the best vehicle for me. Mike encouraged us to go to other dealerships to look around, showing the confidence that their vehicles would be the best in the area. And their confidence prevailed! The vehicles I looked at there were the best vehicles for the best prices. Mike ensured us that they put in the time and effort to make their cars look and feel as if they were brand new, and you could tell; all of the cars we looked at were in great condition on both the outside and in. The whole team there was very laid back and ready to help whenever needed. Overall it was a great first time buying experience for me, and my father also had an enjoyable experience. We will definitely come back to Auto Direct when needed to potentially purchase another vehicle. More

Buying from Austin Texas I found a Car from Auto Direct Cars online. I actually found a lot of cars. The follow up and follow through from these guys was far above the others. I flew in and they gave me a ride to the dealership on a holiday. The car was as advertised. I bought it and drove it back to Austin. There were a few trim items that were not to their standard so they had them ordered before I got there and sent them to me. I ran into a problem with the A/C but they also took care of that. I would recommend Auto Direct cars to friends and family. More

What a great day. I had been looking for a Mercedes car for a long time I had even settled on buying one all the way in North Jersey. My wife and I had went to Auto Direct a few years back when we were just window shopping. And after a very bad experience at another dealer. My wife reminded me about Auto Direct. when I went to their lot they had multiple Mercedes for me to not only chose from. They gave me the keys and went on three different test drives to assure that my car buying experience would be a great one. After I found the vehicle that I wanted Chad and Doug did eveything they could to make sure I was able to get into the vehicle. I was impressed by the way the whole situation was handled. From Mike the sales man to the gentlemen iside. And what really was the topping was that the owner called me for a follow up to insure that I was satisfied with my Mercedes. There were a few minor things that they promised to fix and they honored their word and have done it. I would strongly recommend anyone to go look at their wide selection and great prices and I'm sure you will do usiness with them. More
