Excellent Customer Service My daughter and I traveled from Bensalem PA to Delran NJ for a few reasons. The first is the website. It is very user friendly with many pictures and details on the options on the cars that helped us find several cars we were interested in. The second reason was that I had been there before and , although I didn't buy a car at the time, I found the atmosphere to be very friendly and left knowing that I would be be again in the future. The third reason is the quality of the cars on the lot. They were all clean and ran great. Once we got to the dealership I was even more surprised at how open and honest Chad was about the car we were focused on. He showed us the car fax without hesitation and provided more information about the car than any dealership I had ever been to. There were no secrets. The only reason I didn't give them a five on price is probably more on me than on them. I had higher expectations on my trade in than I should have (don't we all) but in the end Chad was fair and did the best he could. Once we decided to buy the car, Doug made the paperwork as easy as any paperwork I had ever done before and we were out of state and financed the car. The only delay was being on hold for twenty minutes with my car insurance company. I would definitely go to auto direct cars again. More

Bob, Chad, and Doug were great to deal with, and made what could be a stressful process very enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating, ensuring the car was in the best condition before leaving the lot. Bob really worked with me on the price, and never pressured my son and I at all.. What I was most impressed with was the level of customer service that was provided. My son and I never felt that they were just in it to sell us a car, but instead they strived to develop a long term relationship where we would buy our future vehicles.. And during the actual purchase they made sure to include my son, making sure that his first vehicle purchase was an enjoyable one.. Definitely not what I expected, and we are very happy we found Auto Direct Cars for when we purchase our daughter's car as well! More

The dealership had a large inventory, honest, friendly service. Buying a car is never a pleasant experience - we have bought plently in our lifetime. This experience I can honestly say was pleasant. Especially when we got home and looked up the local dealers that carried the same car and found out we saved $1,000!!! You need to go here if you are looking for a car. More

I was able to browse the many late model cars on the lot uninterrupted. When I identified the cars that I was interested in, Chad was extremely helpful in taking me for a test drive and answering all my questions. He also made the financing experience pleasurable and that isn't an exaggeration either. I love the vehicle that I purchased and I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know in the market for a used vehicle. More

My experience at Auto Direct! I bought a Hyundai Sonata from Bob on Tuesday September 2nd.I had researched and looked for this specific car for some time online.I found that this p I bought a Hyundai Sonata from Bob on Tuesday September 2nd.I had researched and looked for this specific car for some time online.I found that this particular dealer had more cars that were affordable and in really good condition.The 1st thing that impressed me was when I called on the Monday holiday to leave a message the owner was there and answered the phone.Bob from that point, gave me his personal cell and from there I was impressed.I went the following day and was greeted by Bob, his son Chad and daughter Dana.Family affair.I was answered every question I asked .It was great.Bought the car with no pressure or bull at all.When I was ready to leave, Bob took a rag and personally wiped down the entire car.Than said let me get you some new matts.Very impressive.I would recommend this family owned car lot to everyone. More

Recently we purchased TWO vehicles from Auto Direct My husband was asking me for about a year to buy a new SUV but I hated the whole process of doing it. I even warned Doug right upfront about my hesitation. To my surprise everything went so smoothly and Doug and Chad were so nice. I ended up purchasing a GMC Denali. They made me feel comfortable through it all. They made it so easy we bought a Dodge Durango a couple weeks after the Denali. I would definitely recommend them. More
