Oh My God the people there we're extremely pleasant & helpful. I am very big on customer service and they nailed it ! The actual owner called me to see if I was satisfied with my purchase which really meant a lot to me. From traveling just to look & test drive the SUV all the way up to making my purchase was just extremely wonderful. The staff especially was just beyond wonderful. Everyone was very nice and welcoming which made me feel more at ease & from that point on I knew I had made the right decision! ..... Great Deal I bought a Mazda Cx7 here which I love. We looked at one down the street that was pretty comparable but was almost $1500 we asked the other dealership I bought a Mazda Cx7 here which I love. We looked at one down the street that was pretty comparable but was almost $1500 we asked the other dealership if they could come down on their price, they said Auto Direct's was a great deal and they couldn't compete. We felt comfortable as soon as we pulled onto the lot, didn't get that "shady" feeling like some of the other places we visited. We had no pressure and staff was very friendly and helpful, they even washed the car for me. We drove almost an hour to go here and it was totally worth it. More
