They also followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and the process. Everything was great. This is the 4th used car I have purchased in the past two years. The previous 3 cars were purchased from different dealerships. I never went back to the previous three because I wasn't overall pleased with the way things went. Great Experience Stopped in at the Palmyra location to look at a truck that I saw online. Was greeted by Chad and was able to look the vehicle over and take it on a t Stopped in at the Palmyra location to look at a truck that I saw online. Was greeted by Chad and was able to look the vehicle over and take it on a test drive. Chad was professional and very "non hounding", which means a lot to me. I did purchase the vehicle that day and ha it home for close to a week when i noticed a small transmission leak under it. I took it to a friends shop to have him put it on his lift to look for anything obviously visible. We did find a cracked extension housing and when I went to call the dealer I completely expected to get the runaround or to hear some multiple excuses as to why Auto Direct could not be responsible for the repair since time had already passed since the sale. I talked directly to Bob and i could not have been more wrong. Bob was attentive and even gave me options on where to take my vehicle to (his shop or to someone I chose). But more than him wanting to get the truck fixed, he went above by making sure that I was satisfied and happy. That speaks volumes to me and definitely will make me go straight to Bob and Chad and AutoDirect for the next purchase... Thanks a lot guys More

Stop dealing with crappy dealers and use Auto Direct Cars! My wife and I had spent weeks searching for family vehicles from New York to Western Pennsylvania. We had to deal with the "bait and switch", untrustw My wife and I had spent weeks searching for family vehicles from New York to Western Pennsylvania. We had to deal with the "bait and switch", untrustworthy dealerships, liars, places that had us travel over an hour to find the car had already been sold days before we arrived, and lemon vehicles. We found Auto Direct to be an honest family run business that has a good product without having to deal with the "price game". Our vehicle was sold as is, yet they still purchased us a second set of keys and FOB. In addition they offered to have a minor body molding repaired at their shop or one in our area at their cost. Trustworthy and loyal are two words that I would use for this family dealership. Bob, the owner has called at least 10 times over the last couple months to check if we are satisfied and how the car is running. You will seldom see this type of care anymore. I am retired military and police and my wife works at a local children's hospital and we are very glad that we trusted this family with our hard earned money. Don't deal with sub par dealers, go to Auto Direct and let Bob or his son Chad take care of you. It was surprising to see the large assortment of nice looking used and low mileage cars. "too good to be true", I thought. I had been dissapointed before. Oh ,other dealers quoted good prices,but when you saw the cars they were dirty or the interiors were damaged. One car I drove, I pressed the brake and it went to the floor! So I took a chance and went to AutoDirectCars in Delran, NJ. I was greeted by Bob . Warm and friendly ...my defenses were up."So many cars! " I said to myself. When I told him my budget he immediately pointed out the cars he had in my price range. He knew all the inventory! Bob encouraged me to look at the cars,test drive as many as I wanted, and take my time deciding. Wow! No high pressure sales! By now more customers were coming in so both Chad and Doug helped to bring the cars around for me to drive. Every question I had was answered . I was offered so much information about the different makes of cars and financing . Carfax? No problem. . Did I mention I'm 63 yo and this was the first time purchasing a car? These gentlemen made it so easy! I chose a Toyota Camry. Doug handled the financing. He was able to keep the payments in the range I wanted and obtained a requested .warranty for me. Did I have any problems? After driving off the lot I noticed the gas gauge was not working. Made a phone call and they immediately fixed the problem! Who could ask for more? So if you want an honest car dealer I recommend this dealership for good used cars with fair prices and great service. More
