After month's of no returned calls from dealers or just the vehicle always being sold "the day before I called about it", I was getting discouraged. Finally found the vehicle on cars.com that pointed me to this dealer. I Sent a simple inquiry about the vehicle online and received a phone call within 10 minutes of email being sent. By far the best customer service I have ever had with a car dealership. If all you want is to be treated with respect and feel that someone truly does care about your experience this is the place to go. All that being said I live 600 plus miles away in Michigan and the next time I am looking for a vehicle I will contact Bob Rothberg before anyone else. I will happily incur the cost of buying a vehicle from Bob in Pennsylvania and getting it to Michigan to know that I will be well taken care of with no BS. Thanks again for your time and help Bob. They help you out with everything and have a good selection of cars. One of the things I liked was that6 they were all very friendly and not "pushy" at all. I went back a few times before I bought the car to really make sure that I wanted the vehicle and didn't get pressured at with phone calls or anything. SALES TEAM GOES THE EXTRA YARD The sales team was great point blank, unfortunately the day I was looking for a car was the day of the funeral of the owners father (Condolenses go ou The sales team was great point blank, unfortunately the day I was looking for a car was the day of the funeral of the owners father (Condolenses go out) but the sales team had let me know that they will be closing at noon due to the funeral but they were very supportive in wanting to help me and there was no pressure whatsoever, the sales people just said, take a look around and if you see anything that you want to test drive or see the inside, just let them know "That's the way to sell cars". We came back after looking around in about 10 mins (since we already had a list of cars from searching online) and wanted to see the inside of one of the cars, they gave us the keys and let us look it over ourselves, they didn't even follow us around at that point, actually there was no pressure throughout the whole buying experience. We test drove the vehicle and decided right there that was the car for us. It had a minor defect in which they had to order a part, the part came in, they called us and we went to get it fixed and I would totally recommend this car dealership to my family, friends and co-workers if they are in the market for a vehicle. Just wanted to note that this is not the first dealer we had went to, my wife and I were looking for a week and been to about 3 or 4 dealers. After arriving at Autodirect, I felt very comfortable with the sales team and just felt like we connected, they were so nice and polite, they made purchasing our vehicle a pleasant experience. More

We wanted to share the exceptional experience that we had buying a used Jeep Liberty for our Mother. The staff exceeded all of our expectations and made the overall experience a absolute pleasure! The staff was knowledgeable and patient and we drove from Doylestown Pennsylvania to Delran New Jersey to get a used Jeep. Luckily, looking online we found this dealership. From the moment we called and spoke to the owner, we knew the trip to Delran would be well worth it! We were right! We went to the lot and met the owner and his son and they started us out by pulling the vehicle in the front lot, going over everything with us and then allowing us to take a test ride. The Jeep was so clean and it looked just like they described on the phone, even better! The car looks and runs great! We are thrilled and so is our Mother. We would like to publicly thank Bob, Chad and Doug! We are now recommending them to all of our friends and family and decided that it would be helpful to let others know about this fantastic dealership!
