I would like to say that this is the most pleasant car buying experience i've ever had. As a Police Officer from Philadelphia I was looking for a car that was reliable to get me to and from work without buying experience i've ever had. After spending a few months shopping around for cars, I pretty much gave up hope and thought about resorting to just catching public transportation wherever I needed to go. After a few more google searches and expanding the mileage I was willing to travel to look at cars I stumbled upon Autodirectcars' link. I was very skeptical at first because every dealership "self proclaims" themselves as the best or the cheapest or the friendliest etc...... Before even looking at the inventory of Autodirect I decided to read some of the testimony and was I in for an all day event. Most people leave one word to one sentence reviews but the reviews for autodirect were novels. Look at mine so far. Great review after great review made me decide to come and see what all the hype was about. Even without knowing not one car they had on the lot I decided to come in because of the great reviews. Once I got to Autodirect they had such a wide variety of cars that were clean, low mileage, fairly priced. I felt like a kid in a candy store. What else is great is that you don't feel pressured by the typical "dealer sales pitches" because at Autodirect they help you when you need help and if you just need time to shop around alone they leave you be. After finding the car "you decide" on they then are very vigilant at getting you the best financing if needed, unbeatable warranties, and just a very overall satisfying experience. I purchased my vehicle 5 months ago and unlike most dealers, that once you drive off the lot the car is your responsibility. I received a call from the owner Bob (on a Sunday afternoon!!!!!!) asking was I satisfied with the car. After explaining one very minor issue, he directed me to a shop (In Philadelphia where I live instead of making me come all the way back to Jersey) that adjusted my issue. While waiting for a bill of some sort, thinking this was just a ploy to keep money flowing in their inner circle I was handed my keys and was told to have a good day. Just in case you forgot THIS WAS 5 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone and have been referring family, friends, co-workers and even you reading this. I almost can't wait to purchase another vehicle just so I can come back to Autodirect and relive such a pleasant car buying experience. I generally don't write reviews for anything but this is one place deserving of every level of appraisal in a field where trust is a very big issue amongst merchant and consumer. More

After having major car problems, it was time to purchase another car. I searched on cars.com specifically looking for a Nissan Altima. From my first initial contact with Bob, I could tell this was a business I wanted to deal with. I went to look at the car and met Michael who let me test drive the car. Michael was extremely easy going and not pushy at all. I fell in love with the car, had my brother look it over thoroughly and we came back to buy it. Bob, Michael, Doug and Chad are good guys to deal with. They set the bar high for used car businesses. The customer service I received was far beyond what I anticipated. I will happily refer my friends and family to Autodirect Cars. More

Recently was looking for a Nissan Altima Coupe...and not just any Nissan, cause it was for my daughter who was very specific in styling and color, etc. We did our due diligence and came across Auto Direct just any Nissan, cause it was for my daughter who was very specific in styling and color, etc. We did our due diligence and came across Auto Direct LLC in Delran. We stopped in for a test drive. We found them to be very friendly...and not pushy. You know the stereotype, get you in then make you go from person to person. That generally makes me think I'm being "handled". Well not only did they not do that, they were very up front about giving full information on the car and anything I asked. They pride themselves on being a family owned dealership that is more about the customer service than just selling you a car. That greatly impressed me and kept me coming back until the deal was made. It didnt end there, I got a followup call from the owner asking how the exepreience was...well after the car was off the lot. How many times do you see that? I definitely would recommend giving them your first look when looking for a car. More
