Been looking for a used car for school/commuting. After weeks of agony and coming across a bunch of duds, I came across Auto Direct Cars. Funny thing is, I actually found Auto Direct Cars' website when I f weeks of agony and coming across a bunch of duds, I came across Auto Direct Cars. Funny thing is, I actually found Auto Direct Cars' website when I first began searching for used dealers. Boy did I waste my time with the other used dealers! Fred was extremely friendly and did not pressure us into buying anything. We've looked at about three or four cars and test drove three of them. Fred was extremely attentive and didn't mind running back and fourth grabbing the keys in the hot summer heatwave. Ultimately, I ended up deciding between two Scion TCs (Blue and Red) that my family and I fell in love with. Fred, of course, was patient and allowed us to closely observe the two vehicles. In the end, a decision was made. We've decided to take home the Red Scion TC. The staff did an amazing job with handling the paperwork, finance, and tags. What an enjoyable buying experience! Now, few days later the air conditioner was making a weird noise (might of been the fan? don't know), but I got in touch with Chad, and was told to take it back the next day to get it fixed. Quick and easy. No hassle. Lastly, when the car was inspected in PA, it only passed half as the car needed new brake pads and rear tires replaced. I was already so flustered because I know absolutely nothing about cars, and did not want to pay an arm and leg for a just purchased vehicle. Fred was kind enough to let me get in touch with Bob, who absolutely made this buying experience so much easier. Bob set me up with a local service center and everything was taken care of. Apparently in the state of NJ, they don't even check the breaks and wheels except for the engine lights (which baffles me), but with Bob's good moral ethics, he decided to cover half of the repair costs. And as a broke college student, I thank him SO much! So I thank you, Fred, Bob, and Chad. Thank you for your professionalism, honesty, friendliness, and good moral ethics. And of course, making my first time buying experience run smoothly and I hope you read this, and feel my appreciation towards your dealership. -Ali More

I found a car I was interested in at AutoDirect and looked up their ratings/reviews. The reviews we're great, so i went with my dad to check it out. First, I want to say I spoke with Chad for about a week before I bought the car. Everytime I called, he remembered my name and called back as soon as possible if he missed the call. During the process of buying the car, my interest rate was high and he tried option B and got me an awesome low interest rate. Customer service was great and you get a very confortable vibe from them. I bought an 07' Civic and it runs great, very clean inside and also did an oil change for me before I left the lot. My dad is actually thinking of buying a car from them soon as well. I recommend them with confidence. More
