Auto direct cars is a great place to look for and buy a quality used car. Bob and Chad are alway's on the premises and there NO PRESSURE attitude is great. We traveled an hour and twenty minutes to see the vehicle. The price, milage and pictues we saw made us decide to go see the vehicle. The pictures did not show a broken piece on the back or perhaps i vehicle. The price, milage and pictues we saw made us decide to go see the vehicle. My wife and I were told by Bob(the owner) that "he was not going to loose a sale over a couple of tires". We were willing to purchase the vehicle with the damage and the assurance from the owner that he would replace the tires. We have had several phone conversation since we bought the vehicle. It has gone from two new tires to four tires that he was going to get from anothe vehicle on his car lot to trying to get me accept a check for one new tire. He also tried to make me feel bad about a fee they forgot to add into the contract in the amount of $190.00. He was hoping I would hear that and take care of tires on my own. I did offer to pay that amount directly to him in order to get the tires taken care of. It has been 2 months and this has not been resolved yet. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM AUTO DIRECT CARS in Delran,N.J. AGAIN Thanks soo much Bob! More

I was shopping for a used luxury import with awd for under $10,000. I saw a listing for a Jaguar X-Type at Auto Direct Cars in Delran, NJ I called and spoke to Bob (the owner), who was extremely infor under $10,000. Excellent experience. They did not hassle me when I entered the lot and let me look around for what I wanted. After choosing (a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee for an excellent price) I noticed a few minor problems, which they fixed with no problem at all. They remained friendly and honest throughout the entire experience. Bob remained in contact to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and Chad made sure my in office experience was as pleasant as possible.
