Looking for a good used car for my family. Searched on the web within a 30 mile radius of my home looking for solid cars with good pricing. Had lower mileage vehicles for prices that very closely matched the national true market value averages listed on Edumunds. The staff was incredible friendly and very low pressure. The prices on the cars are very fair and as such the staff does not bargain or move from the posted prices. My only complaint was that some of the web prices are lower than you find on the stickers on the lot as they invest in repairs on the vehicles after they are listed and do not always catch up to repricing the web listings. However, staff was very attentive to addressing all the issues I found on the vehicle I bought and were very sincere about establishing long term relationship for service and future purchase.
