Now they think their salvaged junk is somehow on par with clean title vehicles. Look up salvaged definition on KBB and you will see that KBB defines salvaged to be worth somewhere between 20 to 40% off retail. Realistically should be 40 to 50% and used to be with them when they were a good dealership. These guys will now pitch these cars to you at 10% off clean value prices for cars that have been totalled. No longer worth it. Also make sure you Google the vin of the car on the lot you want to buy from them and look at the ā€¯images", most of them will come up pictured before repairs and you will see the junk you are really buying. They wrote up the contact wrong and we had to back and forth from the dealership to the bank. Within one week I had to replace the battery. I called Colby and told him what happened and he basically said that the cars sit on the lot and that tends to happen and thats why they don't guarantee batteries. I understand that but xxxx I had to pay over 100 bucks after owning the car for one week. So because of the above reason the buying experience was average and I wouldn't trust this dealership. Overall dissatisfied. More

Noticed the car sunk in the passenger front after a month. About 1" short than the driver front. Took it back to the dealership and spoke to the GM, Rich Jackson, who told me he would fix some of the issues, so they spent 2.5k to fix it. Still didn't sit right but I assumed they made it safe. Months later, I hear from another mechanic that the frame is cracked (right under the hood), the car is not square (both frame and the car as a whole. Instead of the car being a perfect rectangle, it was a parallelogram). I took it to Abra Auto Body who pointed out a lot of structural issues. I stopped driving it immediately. So I traded my car back to the dealership for the only clean title car on their lot, took a pretty large hit financially, and finally got rid of the car. To be fair, Rich at AutoSource did do a lot to help me with the situation. He spent money and time to correct the car and the relationship which I can appreciate. Ultimately, I was sold a car that wasn't right and it cost me a lot of money. One last thing, Utah is a buyer beware state which means if they tell you it's salvage title, they can legally sell you a car in any condition. Always take a branded title car in for an unbiased inspection before purchase. More
Absolutely Fantastic!!! Sales and Service for this company is A++. JR went above and beyond to help me service the vehicle I bought from Auto Source. Both JR and Orlando Sales and Service for this company is A++. JR went above and beyond to help me service the vehicle I bought from Auto Source. Both JR and Orlando were absolutely wonderful. Usually you buy a vehicle then become another number. That is NOT the case here. I received the best service ever and I highly recommend Auto Source for their great sales team and awesome service team. Special thanks to JR. Diane More

The auto that I ended up purchasing was missing several items such as an owners manual, an additional key and decals for the back of the car. I was promised that a manual would be sent to me and they would get back to me regarding the decals, but they forgot to get order them for me. Once I sent a message, they came through with the items, with the exception of the key. The "discounted" key was supposed to come from High Tech Locksmiths, so if you are thinking about using them, don't think Matt McCaskell at High Tech Locksmiths will ever get back to you. An additional key is going to cost me $300. There are also some large fees that are added to the list price of the vehicles. You don't know about them until you go to purchase the auto. I wish they would just include these additional fees in the price of the vehicle. More
Fraudulent odometer The sales manager opens his mouth and another lie comes out. I was sold a trade in car, not a bonded one. The odometer had been turned back. About The sales manager opens his mouth and another lie comes out. I was sold a trade in car, not a bonded one. The odometer had been turned back. About as dishonest as you can get. They lied about Carfax. Just an outside company that makes mistakes. While I had the report THE DEALER I WAS TRYING TO TRADE IT IN GAVE IT TO ME. Complete with big yellow warning warning that the odometer was wrong. I had the entire service record of the car from where it had been bought from. The last mileage shown was 111000 miles. Mysteriously it becomes 74,000+ when I get it. They know to run a check on the car when it was traded to them, just as the others did that found it when I tried to. Regardless of who did it, the law says they are responsible. They would not accept any responsibility, or change cars or even give 1/3 of the 3 times the cars value that the law rewards victims of this. I'm a 100% disabled vet that rarely drives. I have someone drive me. They must not have thought I would trade within the year before statute of limitations runs out. They will be receiving notice from my lawyer next week. I intend to take them for all the law and justice can award. More

All "branded" titles and all have been great deals. I would not hesitate to return to the low pressure atmosphere, with prices on the vehicle windows. We had no trouble trading in the branded Tacoma we bought for the company on a new Colorado a month ago. My wife is driving the Lexus 4 years later with no repairs! More

On 6/15/15, the car engine light came on, and we took the car to Mark Miller Subaru. After having to take the engine apart to find the problem, they found shabby repair work throughout the car performed by Autosource Motors, and had to replace the entire engine. The cost was $4,9939.05. We had the opportunity to purchase a warranty, but didn't, because our salesman really "down played" the damage done to the car, and we've never had a problem with a Subaru. The salesman told us the only repair needed to the car was the front bumper and headlight replaced. When we asked him why the car would be "totaled" for such a small issue, he said "some states/insurances "total" cars for small reasons." I asked him a few other times about the damage that needed repairing, and he confirmed it was just a small repair. There is no reason a car should encounter such a big problem, and costly repair, just 2 months after purchase. Not only that, we had to pay for items to be "re-repaired" that were originally "fixed" by Autosource before the sale of the car. More
Revised review with Autosource. Called the Lindon Autosource on the morning of 7/25. Spoke to Mike Jones in sales in regards to a subaru impreza. During our conversation, I asked i Called the Lindon Autosource on the morning of 7/25. Spoke to Mike Jones in sales in regards to a subaru impreza. During our conversation, I asked if they take trade-ins and Mr. Jones response was "yes." I explained to Mr. Jones of my 03 Outback with 186K miles to be traded in. I gone over the recent history on the vehicle including a recent engine light which represented a misfire code on cylinders 1 & 2 and except for an occasional hesitation/loss of power(duration of 10-15 seconds) it would run fine. I decided to drive from Park City to Lindon to test drive the Subaru(I did not take my 03 Outback). After the test drive, I expressed to Mr. Jones of my interest to purchase the Impreza but first would like to know the value of my trade in. Not only once but twice, I explained to Mr. Jones of the misfires codes on the vehicle and also the recent repairs of a new CAT, brakes and spark plugs. He then proceeded to his supervisor and came back with a trade in value of $1700 and negotiated a final price. I agreed to the terms, however, I had to go back to Park City and get the 03 Outaback. Since the Outback's engine light was on, I drove the car to Salt Lake City before another episode of hesitation/loss of power occurred. At that point, I decided to have the vehicle towed to Lindon, Utah. After arriving to Autosource and unloading the vehicle, I proceeded into the building and met with Mr. Jones. Shortly after sitting down, another individual( I assumed he was Mr. Jones supervisor) informed me he will not give me anything for my trade in. I explained to the supervisor the history of the vehicle was explained in detail to Mr. Jones on 3 separate occasions but when I asked the supervisor if Mr. Jones explained the vehicle' history, his response was-no!! After a short discussion, the supervisor allowed a trade in value of $500.00. Feeling trapped and without a reliable vehicle to return to Park City, I agreed to the $500.00. In my opinion Autosource should have honored the $1700.00 trade in because to their mistake of lack of communication. If they have done so, I would be composing a favorable review instead of this one. The only individual worth praise was Nate during the completion of the paperwork. He was respectfully and through with the necessary document. UPDATE: The day after I posted this review, I was contacted by Rich Jackson, GM of Autosource. He was genuinely concerned of my recent purchase experience. After listening my perspective of what transpired, he agreed to go down to the Lindon dealership and personally test drive the 2003 Subaru Outback I have traded in. The following day, Mr. Jackson contact me and I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Jackson increased by trade in value on the 2003 Subaru and changed a few sales policies as a result of my experience. He promptly sent a check which was received yesterday(8/3). It is comforting to know that Autosource cares. When any business can change a negative experience into a positive one for a customer it is certainly a sign of integrity. I'm please to say I would positively recommend Autosource to anyone in search of a branded title vehicle. Thank you, Mr. Jackson, for caring!! More
