Revised review with Autosource. Called the Lindon Autosource on the morning of 7/25. Spoke to Mike Jones in sales in regards to a subaru impreza. During our conversation, I asked i Called the Lindon Autosource on the morning of 7/25. Spoke to Mike Jones in sales in regards to a subaru impreza. During our conversation, I asked if they take trade-ins and Mr. Jones response was "yes." I explained to Mr. Jones of my 03 Outback with 186K miles to be traded in. I gone over the recent history on the vehicle including a recent engine light which represented a misfire code on cylinders 1 & 2 and except for an occasional hesitation/loss of power(duration of 10-15 seconds) it would run fine. I decided to drive from Park City to Lindon to test drive the Subaru(I did not take my 03 Outback). After the test drive, I expressed to Mr. Jones of my interest to purchase the Impreza but first would like to know the value of my trade in. Not only once but twice, I explained to Mr. Jones of the misfires codes on the vehicle and also the recent repairs of a new CAT, brakes and spark plugs. He then proceeded to his supervisor and came back with a trade in value of $1700 and negotiated a final price. I agreed to the terms, however, I had to go back to Park City and get the 03 Outaback. Since the Outback's engine light was on, I drove the car to Salt Lake City before another episode of hesitation/loss of power occurred. At that point, I decided to have the vehicle towed to Lindon, Utah. After arriving to Autosource and unloading the vehicle, I proceeded into the building and met with Mr. Jones. Shortly after sitting down, another individual( I assumed he was Mr. Jones supervisor) informed me he will not give me anything for my trade in. I explained to the supervisor the history of the vehicle was explained in detail to Mr. Jones on 3 separate occasions but when I asked the supervisor if Mr. Jones explained the vehicle' history, his response was-no!! After a short discussion, the supervisor allowed a trade in value of $500.00. Feeling trapped and without a reliable vehicle to return to Park City, I agreed to the $500.00. In my opinion Autosource should have honored the $1700.00 trade in because to their mistake of lack of communication. If they have done so, I would be composing a favorable review instead of this one. The only individual worth praise was Nate during the completion of the paperwork. He was respectfully and through with the necessary document. UPDATE: The day after I posted this review, I was contacted by Rich Jackson, GM of Autosource. He was genuinely concerned of my recent purchase experience. After listening my perspective of what transpired, he agreed to go down to the Lindon dealership and personally test drive the 2003 Subaru Outback I have traded in. The following day, Mr. Jackson contact me and I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Jackson increased by trade in value on the 2003 Subaru and changed a few sales policies as a result of my experience. He promptly sent a check which was received yesterday(8/3). It is comforting to know that Autosource cares. When any business can change a negative experience into a positive one for a customer it is certainly a sign of integrity. I'm please to say I would positively recommend Autosource to anyone in search of a branded title vehicle. Thank you, Mr. Jackson, for caring!! More

We appreciate their willingness to help us get this resolved. My advice is to ALWAYS purchase the warranty. I am SOOOO thankful I did. We purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer the day before Fathers Day (June 13, 2015). We loved the car and were so excited about it. On July 4th we drove down to Provo for the Stadium of fire and about 10 miles outside of Provo we started getting warning after warning popping up. We made it to Provo, luckily pulled into a parking lot and the car completely died. It wouldn't start at all. It was 5:00 on a holiday so NO where was open and we were stranded in Provo. It was beyond frustrating that a newly purchased car had put us in this situation. We had to wait for the tow truck and had it towed up to Salt Lake which was a nice bill that we weren't expecting. We finally made it home that night after inconveniencing many people. Thankfully I had purchased a warranty. The only one I was offered was the bronze package, but I did get it. After a week at Larry H. Miller ford dealership in Salt Lake our car was towed last Friday to CJ Auto in woods cross. As of yesterday there is still no resolution and I am still without a car. They are saying it is the whole transmission that has to be replaced, however the part has still not been ordered which I am told will be another 4-5 days to get and then the time to put it in. SOOO I will be without a car for almost a month!!! I still can't wrap my head around it. I wasn't offered a rental car either because the warranty package I selected (the only one I was offered) doesn't include that! We are a busy family and 1 car doesn't work!! (At all). Why would I think I may need a rental car 2 1/2 weeks after I purchase a new car?? We have boughten 3 cars from them in the last 6 years . More

Good deal until we saw the final price!! We purchased a 2013 odyssey, loved the car. After we had signed most of the paperwork they ran through the "additional" cost and it added another $1500. Things like delivery fee, I should have to pay a deliver fee if you already have the car! Two weeks after purchase the service lights came on and needed an oil change and new filters. Dealership said they would reimburse us but 2 1/2 months later I haven received a check! If I pay $27000 for a car I should not have to pay $160 2 weeks later for an oil change. If they were not so far away I would stand on their door step until I was reimbursed for the oil change!!! Great Experience! My first encounter with Auto Source was via the internet and after finding a vehicle that matched our needs, we visited the dealer and met Colby Lawre My first encounter with Auto Source was via the internet and after finding a vehicle that matched our needs, we visited the dealer and met Colby Lawrence. Colby was honest and straight forward in describing the vehicle we eventually purchased - he explained the meaning of a branded titled vehicle and described the damage that had occurred with the vehicle. He demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and did not use high pressure techniques to sell us the vehicle. We were impressed with his approach and over all style of salesmanship. He followed up with us to determine our level of satisfaction and ensured that we were pleased with our decision. We thought Auto Source was an excellent alternative place to purchase a nearly new vehicle and at the same time saved a significant amount of money. We have since recommended Auto Source to others who might be interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
Quality Vehicle, Honest People, Not Pushy This dealership is able to offer it's great prices because it rebuilds salvage title cars. Naturally, this would make you nervous that there is something fundamentally wrong with the vehicle, or that they put a pretty band-aid over a serious issue. After getting to know the Autosource dealership, and purchasing a car from them, I'm now convinced at the quality of employees and high standard of quality that they set on the condition of the cars they sell. I recommend looking to Autosource if you're in the market for a new model year for a much cheaper price. I got a great trade-in value on my car, and the customer service was great, not pushy or annoying. More

This car dealership is MAJOR red flag for me. I found a Subaru Legacy through their website last week and it seemed like a great deal. I knew it was branded vehicle but I wanted more information on what ha Subaru Legacy through their website last week and it seemed like a great deal. I knew it was branded vehicle but I wanted more information on what happened before so I ask David Wilkinson on what happened and he said, quote, "I don't have the pictures before repair on this one. It had the right side doors, front bumper cover, and right fender replaced." End quote. While I was there I asked David where this car was fixed and he mentioned to me it was fixed at a place that only fixes Subaru's so they were confident it would be fixed the correct way. We went down to test drive it and the car ran great and we liked it quite a bit, but wanted to go home and do more research on the company and vehicle (luckily we did). Once I was home all I did was google the vin number on the vehicle and I found with a quick search plenty of pictures on a website and I found out it was actually the LEFT side of the vehicle NOT the right side like he told me in the beginning. I was willing to overlook that fact and still placed an offer on the vehicle and we negotiated a price I was ready for, but I wanted to research the company of where it was fixed so I asked for the company name and David told me, quote, "I don't have the information on who did the repairs. The owners do not share that with us." So somehow he knew it was fixed at a place that only handles Subaru's but now when I ask for the exact place he does not have the information. At that point I decided there was one too many red flags with the way the business was being run and did not decide to purchase the vehicle. So approach with caution and make sure to ask questions and lots of them to get the full story and make sure you know what you are purchasing from them. Once again if it seems to good to be true it probably is. More
