Have bought or leased four cars here over past decade and always taken them here for service. I've also bought parts and Lifestyle merchandise from them, too. Other dealers are closer to where I live or work, but I go out of my way to deal with the folks here instead. This is a family-owned dealership where you are treated like family. I have referred many people -- friends, family, co-workers -- here for sales and service and every one of them has thanked me for the recommendation afterwards based upon the experience and treatment they received. If you are looking for just the low price, be careful what you wish for -- some dealers might try to beat these guys by a very small amount, but then you find out the hard way that the service experience at these other places isn't what you hoped for when you bought a BMW. And I think West German's approach toward pricing is extremely competitive, regardless. These guys really deliver what they promise: a very professional and friendly sales experience respecting your intelligence, time, and wallet, followed by extremely comprehensive and expert service after the sale. My most recent visit was for service on my 6-Series and the service team was very comprehensive about diagnosing and dealing with the situation. I recommend West German BMW extremely highly because of the great job they do, and because, after all, it's a BMW and not some copycat wanna-be car pretending to be a BMW in disguise. There is only one BMW! As the ad says, why buy a copy when you can have the original? More
My son (13) and I spent the day shopping for a car as a Christmas gift for my wife. Every salesperson was introduced to my son as the future driver of the car and an advocate for his mother. Only one salesperson recognized him as an important part of the purchasing decision. Bob at WG BMW made sure that my son was involved in the conversation. Beyond that he did not hard sell us. He gave the facts about the car and gave us time to make a decision. It did not take long. I think we made the decision when we walked into the WG showroom and felt the character of the place. The first thing you notice is the smell- sounds weird but true- of quality. Then you notice it is not a place full of " car salesmen". As I said, we spent the day in various dealerships and we were starting to get that dirty feeling you get when you are dealing with people you would not normally deal with. Then we walked into WG and it was refreshing. My relationship with WG is only three weeks old but it feels like we have been working together forever. Bob was aware of the fact that this was a surprise for my wife and he went to all extremes to make it a great surprise- even lent me a great big bow. After the sale he called to see how the exchange went. Then made himself available to her so that she would be comfortable with the car and all of it's toys. This was a week after delivery on New Year's Eve by the way. Just as an extra he asked about our son by name. WG was great, Bob was an ace and the car (328XI) is more fun than I could have imagined. I am a truck guy but this car has me rethinking my position. Finally, as a qualifier I must admit that I am a sales manager in a different field so I do appreciate good sales practices. More
This was my fourth purchase from the dealer and my 10th from Ed Falon (who was previously with a Mercedes dealership). The purchase experience has always been pleasant and professional. This is my second purchase from West German BMW. I would highly recommend them for their customer service and all other facets of purchasing an automobile; new or used. My salesperson Ed Fallon went over all the features of the BMW 328i and walked me through the set up of Radio stations, GPS Navigation locations and cell phone set up and favorite numbers. Coleen went over all paperwork the next day. Short, sweet and simple. Everything was filled out properly and accurately. I walked into the dealership on 12/23 and went back to pick it up on 12/24. Everything went very smoothly(as it did on my first purchase). They have a great team at WG BMW. If your looking for a BMW, there really is no other place to go. More

I thought the GM was very good to deal with. But the salesman had me waiting entireley too long to purchase my car that day. I knew what car, what the payment would be prior to coming to purchase the car, and it still tookk 4 1/2 hours. Also when my car went into to the service dept on another day, the car was returned to me with visible dirt on my oyster white interior. I think it should have been wiped down. More

And to top off the sales experience, my wife an I enjoyed the European Delivery process more than any other vacation in our lives. The sad part is that I would have to part with the current 3 series convertible in order to repeat the process again on our next purchase. (which will happen by the way) Why you do not have a minimum of 15% Euro Deliveries is beyond me, or that your sales staff doesn't push it. But the outcome of our experience is this....that we are livelong BMW customers now, (not because of the car...but of the experience of Euro Delivery and the sales job from Bob. My only "tweak" of suggestive improvement would be with the 3rd party vendor facilitating the drop off at the Munich Harms shipping point. But everything else was first class from the tour of the Munich Welt.....to the actual re-delivery stateside 5 weeks later. I salute!!! More

It is classy, sporty, quick & fuel efficient. Thanks to the help of Robert Ridgeway I was able to acquire a car that I could only dream about. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle along with other vehicles that were at the dealership. He reminded me of myself in alot of ways. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future. Coleen Morgey helped as well. She put together the papers for me to sign my life away. I did not feel obligated to extend any warranties. I did purchase the wheel & tire protection because it was a good investment to make. I also met Nick who was the sales manager at the dealership. Francesco was one of the service techs who provided me with some information on obtaining performance parts for my new ride. I don't know what else to say. This experience was truly great. Thank you West German BMW for making my dreams come true & putting me into the ultimate driving machine. More
