Needed to top off oil after recent oil change at BMW of Fort Washington. I called them. The front desk person was great, He listened to my concern. I wish I had remembered his name. He coordinated with Fort Washington. I called them. The front desk person was great, He listened to my concern. I wish I had remembered his name. He coordinated with service department and tells me to just come in and they will take care of it. I pull in Ammar comes shortly after with a quart of oil and fills it up. I measure the oil from display panel and it shows full. Everything was smooth. Easy to work with folks at BMW of Fort Washington. More
