Service I had a problem with a tapping noise that only could be heard when I first start my truck. I took it to Barbara a few time but because it would go awa I had a problem with a tapping noise that only could be heard when I first start my truck. I took it to Barbara a few time but because it would go away in 5 or 10 minutes they said they needed to find the problem when the tapping gets louder or constant. Well as usual the tapping when constant 7 months after my truck went out of warranty. I took my truck back to Barbara and they found the problem ( drivers side exhaust manifold gasket ) . Well they fixed it at no charge, now that's what i call dependable service. Thank's to Kelly the service manager and Chris the service agent for taking care of this problem and standing behind your service. More

My experience was awesome. I was meet with great customer service and didn’t get uncomfortable when discussing the price. It is unclear how a place like this exists at all. In the end, we were extremely happy not to have accidentally purchased from here. Wouldn't buy a gallon of gasoline from them. The musical chairs of different sales reps and managers getting up and sitting down confronting us and trying to confuse us into paying almost 8 percent more than our agreed upon price was almost hilarious until we realized that they all believed we were dumb enough to succumb to the smoke and mirrors approach. Luckily, at least that day, we were not that dumb. The half a dozen or so employees who tried to confuse us were well timed, trained and coordinated group. Such coercion can only come from the top. There were so many that we did not catch all their names. More

The team worked with me and beat out all offers from other dealerships. Took days of negotiating but it was worth it. They gave me the most for my trade in. My previous auto loan was paid off in 7 days. They were friendly and very accommodating. Once I got to the dealership I was done within 30 minutes. I reviewed all documents and the numbers were as promised. I signed and walked out with the keys. The sales rep Mark even called to check up on me to see how I was making out and if I had any vehicle questions. He also provided me with a ton of informational resources. I would definitely go back again! Thank you Mark, Joe, and Jarvis for the wonderful service! More
Go here if you want to be ripped off I was treated like I was born yesterday; quoted a lease price which would have equated to paying 90% of the MSRP in 42 months. It was for a Jeep Compass Sport and yet I was quoted over $500/mo, no thanks I'll get a Mercedes. I wonder how this place is in business if they treat their customers so ignorantly. Shocking! More

They treat you nice when you walk in but after you purchase a car they treat you rude. Service is rude and ignorant. Finance manager rude and unprofessional.
