I had been shopping online for a new vehicle for about a month trying to decide what type of vehicle to purchase. I had previously owned Chevrolet's, Fords, Pontiac's and Buicks but never a Jeep. I enjoyed driving my father's Jeep Patriot but preferred a little more room. So when I came across their website a Jeep Liberty caught my eye. Especially the e-pricing. I entered my information to set and appointment for a test drive. I received a phone call to schedule the appointment but was a skeptical in answering the call, fearing that I would be harassed into the appointment. So, I let it go into voicemail. I received the most professional, energetic voicemail which made me feel welcomed just to stop by. After allowing my husband to hear it, he told me to call to schedule the appointment. When we entered the showroom we was surprised a the warm vibe the filled the room. We was greeted like family, with a willingness to help without being pushy. While we waited for the salesman, we offered items to drink and snacks to eat and continued the entire time we were there. We test drove a the Jeep and was impressed. I was provided financing approval within a matter of minutes and when we accepted the offer, we was congratulated by the entire team. We felt as though we was on a pedestal. We had a tour of the facility and was impressed. Since it was a Saturday evening, the Service and Parts Departments were not open. But with our overall experience with the Sales Department, we have decided that it will be worth the drive and toll to travel from NJ to Philadelphia for servicing appointments, even though we have a Jeep dealership within 2 miles of our home, but it does not have a good reputation. While at the dealership we met a couple that were from Reading, PA whom stated that the prices at Barbera's Autoland are worth the hour trip to purchase a vehicle. I have to agree. We are so impressed by our experience and will never go anywhere else. More

It's only been three days since I had purchased the vehicle, but so far I am pleased with it. My experience was really nothing more/nothing less than what I expected. I brought my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in for a problem that almost got me in a few traffic accidents that ANOTHER FACTOTY DEALER could not find or fix after leaving it with them for 3 days and pay problem that almost got me in a few traffic accidents that ANOTHER FACTOTY DEALER could not find or fix after leaving it with them for 3 days and paying an expensive diagnostic fee. So I was forced to go to a 2nd factory dealer-Barbara's on the Boulevard. I got very lucky- Hector Rivera was my service advisor-and he was great in every way. He was very knowledgeable and experienced which led him to make smart recommendations as how to diagnose & fix my unusual safety problem (an intermittant failure for a runaway engine to slow down when taking your foot off the gas pedal!). I'm 57 years old and have been to many car dealerships over the past few decades- and no service advisor has ever been as good as Hector. He listens carefully and treats you like a friend. He quickly went & brought the shop mechanical foreman to talk to me so they could both get an idea as how to repair my vehicle(who does that in this day & age?) Within 2 hours Hector called me to state they had finished diagnosing my problem and what it would take to fix it. He located hard to find parts and had them Fed-Ex'ed overnight and the entire job was completed the next morning. I am really pleased to get my vehicle back fixed quickly and properly thanks to Hector Rivera's service and the mechanical crew at Barbara's. You can be sure I will be recommending this dealership to my wide circle of friends. Thanks a million Hector! More

It is always a pleasure to come to Barbera's even though the circumstances (car trouble) are not so pleasant. The service staff are friendly and helpful and even though I had an appointment the next day, i the circumstances (car trouble) are not so pleasant. The service staff are friendly and helpful and even though I had an appointment the next day, it was not a problem for them when I asked to come the night before when my car acted up, and I received an early call the next day to tell me the issues and seek approval to go ahead. Service was prompt and efficient. Even the cashier helped with a credit card issue that worked out fine. I applaud the good attitude of all the staff I encountered there. More
I found Mike Balasa very easy to work with during the buying process. I wanted a new Charger (had a 2006 Charger), and they had the best selection of Chargers in the Delaware Valley. We looked at several until I found just the right one. I am very happy with the car. Most importantly they did what they said they would, when they were supposed to. They worked with me in a professional manner during the price negotiation phase and did not feel pushed as I have in the past in these situations. The entire process with perfect. They also didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff that one really doesn't need. So 5 stars for Barbera's! More
