Nice note from General Manager, but no attempt to resolve my problem. I purchased Gap Insurance and next day decided i did not need it and cancelled it. I was told a refund would not be immediate, but would come in the form of a credit on my last lease payments ( 36 months later.) I would like a refund now and not 36 months later.
