This dealer ship was great! ! Other dealerships charged "market value" which added to the MSRP where Baxter sold it to me for the price they had listed. Juanita did great and di ! Juanita did great and didn't push anything on me just gave us the time to talk it through. No pushy financing or extended warranties and laid it all out for us. Daniel was also great as Juanita was swamped with customers and he let us test drive the Rav4 while she was wrapping up. All around great and friendly experience!! More

Exceptional experience with Justin and the toyota la vista team! I went into the dealership thinking it was going to be same old back and forth with the dealership. We purchased a 2019 Toyota HIghlander from Baxter with sales staff Juantia and Daniel. Daniel was customer obsessed. He was friendly and helpful. I liked how Baxter had the sales person be the one person to work with regarding financing. She helped us find a good rate for our loan. I am disappointed that when I was leaving with our vehicle I noted one key. I asked about a 2nd key. One sales person I worked with said they would get us the 2nd key. As of this review the 2nd key has not been delivered yet. We have been told it is coming. I would work with Baxter again. When we do I will ensure that everything I was expecting is there at the time I sign the documents. More
