He took the time to show me vehicles that were in transit, and we chose our new vehicle from there. When the car arrived, the buying experience with Justin was straightforward, and I was pleased with what we got for our trade in. We are a retired couple and have purchased many cars, and we were pleased that there wasn’t a lot of back and forth and negotiating a trade in price. That helped make the experience even better. I was able to make my way to Omaha to go look at the truck. Due to a miscommunication on my part I didn't go home with it that day, but Denis kept in touch with me letting me know the availability and any other relevant information. Fast forward a week or two and a number of conversations later and I ended up getting the truck that I wanted and they delivered it to me. I have to give a big kudos to Denis! I don't know what his actual hours and days are, but it didn't seem to mater the time of day or day of the week, if Baxter was open he would get back to me with answers to my questions.
