Good experience Jake was awesome from start to finish. I went in for replacement of wheel bearing on a tire. They tried for hours but couldnt remove it. So it ended u Jake was awesome from start to finish. I went in for replacement of wheel bearing on a tire. They tried for hours but couldnt remove it. So it ended up more expensive than I had planned. He got the price down to almost half. And gave me a rental car till it was fixed. I was appreciative of his help and support. I refer everyone I know to Kia Dealership in Independence. Great experience. More

Key fob and recall Last week I had a little confusion regarding a key fob so I spoke to Jack Dpence in the service department and he helped me with the confusion and inf Last week I had a little confusion regarding a key fob so I spoke to Jack Dpence in the service department and he helped me with the confusion and informed me about a couple recalls I had on my Kia Sorento. So on a Saturday I took my vehicle and got what needled to be done fixed and got my key fob. Jack was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process then my car got stuck in drive so on Monday morning I called my friend Jack and he didn’t hesitate to apologize and he sent a tow truck to my house (which I live at least an hour away) to get my vehicle and he made it his priority. He called me that afternoon to tell me it was fixed and apologized again and gave me 2 free oil changes. Jack at Bob Sight Kia is amazing and so professional he’s down right the bomb.com!!!!! Thanks again Jack Spence much appreciated. I will recommend you to anyone with a Kia. More

Always great service! Had a tire which kept losing air pressure. The mechanic explained everything to me and even showed me how he fixed it. Jack was awesome and always so nice and patient and even walks me to my car when I'm there. Your service dept ROCKS!! More

If this city was westeros, the Kia Dealership would be the Seven Kingdoms and the staff would be the ever expanding soldiers in the armies who conquer it. In a time where service on Cars are full of shady deals and whispers of little birds on the streets, bob sight Kia has ruled over car service for many ages without backhanded politics. The staff, from the moment you enter the kingdom, makes sure you feel right at home. The estimated wait times and services provided leave no question to their infallible knowledge or procedures. The wait area, thrones of men before us, forged in war time, while comfortable and spacious, still allow you to finish business as needed or listen to the songs of day time talk shows to whisper their joys among those waiting. The staffs attendance while waiting eases every heartache or hindrance, in which elsewhere you would ask for a trial by combat and be met with a Mountain. It's centralized location within the metro means you won't have to traverse leagues of the seas or any Great Wall to reach the landing you require. The prices fair, much unlike the unsullied, offering service to the highest bidder, Bob Sight Kia always pays their debts and gives the price to service ratio. With Winter coming, you would be wrong to take your car regardless of make or model anywhere but here. I must remember that within a season, I'll be back and I'm positive I will recieve the same service and attention that I've gotten now. And now, my watch has ended. More

This is not a place that every time you go they try to attach another product and that is why I continue to go back and trust these guys. Jack or I call him Jack "Flash" because he is always moving quickly, he closed my ticket and walked me out to my car. They even washed the dirt off my car at my most recent visit. There is a new Kia dealership near my home but I just cannot make myself go there because of the service I receive from Nate and Jack. Thanks! More

Was greeted by Jack Spence when I arrived and given explanation of what they were going to do, approximately how long it would take, and offered loner vehicle if necessary. Turns out my vehicle checked out OK and they were able to perform some some other maintenance such as oil change, tire rotation, and filter changes, wash the vehicle, and get me out in less than 2 hours. Jack is the absolute shining star as the example of how customers should be treated when they arrive and how they should feel when they leave. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and empathetic. He managed to turn what could have been a very stressful situation into a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Great job in a highly visible and difficult position. More
