Called and talked to David May to verify the car I found online was still available, which it was. Mike was very helpful through the whole process. He made sure everything went smooth and any problems with the car which was discovered on the test drive was fixed that day, he even got the service manager involved to get the car fixed that day. Mike helped get me through the process of finance from start to finish. I never felt pressured and there was never any hand off to another person. I worked with Mike from start to end. I went to Bob Sight Kia looking to lease a vehicle but ended up purchasing one instead. From the moment I got out of my car, Cass was very pleasant and never pushy. Unfortunately I cannot remember the finance guys name, but he was very courteous with me and again made the experience painless. Cass took the time to explain to me the options on my Optima and how everything worked. Not once did I regret going to Bob Sight Kia. From doing a lot of research on the Optima, I am glad that I purchased it and I would definitely send anyone looking to purchase a new/used car to Bob Sight Kia. More
We are "happy" with the KIA 08 Sorento. But i have a problem with the ESC light always being on. It is sluggish in acceleration as well. However, no one in the service could figure it out and the have a problem with the ESC light always being on. It is sluggish in acceleration as well. However, no one in the service could figure it out and they tell me the two are not related. I disagree. I noticed on the internet that this is a huge problem with these vehicles and apparently no one can get it fixed at their dealerships either. Maybe this should initiate a recall. It is a serious hazard and could get someone killed. Would i buy another one?? not sure. I like the car, but this problem needs to be addressed by the company. More
My wife was wanting a new Kia Soul because she was not real happy with our Ford Fusion. I was a bit skeptical but Chuck Harmon answered all our questions, hammered out a great deal and we were able to get real happy with our Ford Fusion. The wife is happy with her new wheels, I'm happy because I got a better car and not paying anything else out of my pocket. I told Chuck what I was looking for, and to be honest ready to walk away, and Chuck made the whole process easy, priced right, and did not waste our time. The whole process took less than 3 hours and that was only because I sat and talked Chuck's leg off, but he didn't mind. If I could, I would send a 100 people to Chuck to buy a new car, great guy, great service and a great car. More

After we said yes, he asked if we had been working with anyone else. I thought that was pretty cool, not trying to waste anyone's time. Jim was very nice and attentive to what we wanted in a vehicle and what we needed. He explained all the incentives that were going on at the time as well as new safety features that were available. Jim was very knowledgeable about their products. It didn't feel like he was trying to sell us a vehicle but more like we were having a discussion about the vehicles we were interested in hear more about. the test drive was great, again Jim knew his stuff. We had a set price we were willing to spend and a payment limit that could not budge. We really didn't expect them to be able to meet our budget requirements but we got a great interest rate and our payments and loan terms were well within our budget limits. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend Bob Sight Kia to everyone. More
We first drove through the lot, didn't see what we wanted but we were not chased around the lot buy a salesman. He was not pushy nor did he try to sell us another vehicle because they didn't have the exact one that we wanted, he proceeded to find us the exact one and go get it that same day. We are very thankful that we bought at Bob Sight, and would suggest this dealership to our friends, family, and anyone that wanted to buy a new vehicle. More
We came in to have our car serviced and decided to look at a new Optima, Our original salesman (Mike Cowley) was off that day, so we were helped by Cass Thompson. Boy, did he get a work out, they did not have the color that I wanted with the equipment that I wanted. Cass set out on a search looking for exactly what I wanted. He located one in Arkansas and they were going to get it for me so I would have it in a couple of days. The night before they were going to pick it up, I realized that it did not have the push button start and that was a feature that I really wanted. I called Cass on his cell phone early the next morning and told him that it was not the car that I wanted after all. He was so nice and understanding. He got the person that was going after the car stopped and he started my search all over again. All the while never losing patience with me. I ended up with a new Optima that has lots of options that I didn't even ask for. It is a different color than the original choice was, but it is a beautiful car that is really loaded with options. I believe Cass re-did the paperwork 3 or 4 times on different cars. MIke helped him out with some of it on the second day. Also, MIke in finance re-did paperwork twice. Cass really worked his tail off in being completely sure that I got everything that I wanted. All the while being so pleasant and patient.
