Mike Cowley was the salesman that helped us and due to his lack of pushiness, genuine friendliness and no pressure approach, we drove off in a slightly used Optima. I have to say as an owner of toyota's and mostly hondas I was very very reluctant to try a KIA. But the features for the price are unmatched. There was a minor problem with the paint and I thought for sure I was going to get the run around when I came back three weeks later and was all ready to write off kia but they surprised me and got me in and took care of it no big deal. If at all possible I will buy here in the future and as a local Independence resident I am glad to have had a great experience at Bob Sight Kia. It's worth the drive even if you live on the other side of the city. Did I mention Mike Cowley was the best salesman I've ever worked with? More
