We just so happened to stumble onto Mike at Bob Sight Kia and had the most pain free auto buying experience ever. He walked us through the lot...neverminding the two "bored" children we were lugging around. Answered all of our questions and was very, very patient with us. My wife and i bought our first kia back in 2008. we went with the kia optima because it had everything we wanted in a vehicle, all the while maintaining the price that fit our budget at the time. So when we were ready to trade in a vehicle I had owned for 12 years, our first stop was back at BOB SIGHT KIA. we had researched a couple vehicles that would fit our needs for our family's second vehicle, and once again, the kia was the vehicle that met our needs. Since we were trading in an 4X4 SUV, we wanted another 4X4 or AWD vehicle that was big enough for our growing family (2 kids in car seats and room for another one.) The 2012 KIA Sorento met all of our requirements with the 3rd row of seating. we bought our Sorento on Saturday after Thanksgiving. we met with Cass, a nice salesperson that was not pushy, asked the right questions to help us determine if our internet searches were accurate, and spent the time with us so we felt totally at ease with the process. Just like back in 08, we did not buy on the first visit, but each time we went in we were greated by a friendly member of the sales staff, and directed back to Cass to continue helping us. We feel that the Kia's we have purchased "sold" themseleves, and that the agents seemed more interested in "helping" rather than "selling" us. So when we got down the the important discussion of price, i was given VERY fair value for my trade, and we agreed on a price for the vehicle that I felt was in line with our whole experience, very good. We never felt like there was pressure to buy, or any pressure to talk us into something we didnt want. heres the best part!! OUR kia was not in Kansas city, so when we were told we had to wait until Monday or Tuesday for delivery, our hearts kind of sunk for a moment (We americans and immediate gratification). But when Cass started getting keys ready and filling up a vehicle with gas, we couldnt believe they were going to give us a brand new kia Sorento for the short time it would take to get OUR kia here in the city... But that is exactly what happened. we were given a fully fueled Kia Sorento (wrong color and no AWD or we would have taken that one) to drive until OUR kia got to town. that level of customer satisfaction is what we have grown accustomed to in our 4 year history with Bob Sight Kia. "here are the keys, your good to go, let us know how we can help in the future!" I would recommend the dealership, Cass the sales rep, and Andy who is now in management (who sold us or first kia over 3 years ago) to anyone looking to buy a car soon, or just want some friendly advice/knowledge of what is out there. They knew their business, made it a point to learn our business, and then was friendly, sincere, and gracious when selling us our newest addition to our family. 5 stars from start to finish! I know a lot of kias are being made right here in the states, which doesnt mean everything, but it does feel good that foreign companies are investing right here in the USA! And check out the warranty! not that we have needed it with our optima, but it far surpasses a lot of the 3 year, 36000 mile warranties going around. We have only had to use the warranty 1 time (for a window) but the security of knowing that we have a great warranty package behind the kia lets my wife sleep a lot better at night! More

I was looking for a 2012 Kia Sportage and first dealt with another dealership and got the run around with them and was so frustrated. I was then referred to Bog Sight Kia by a friend and she was right about what great customer service I would get. Aaron was able to find me the exact Sportage I was wanting within a day and was able to get my front windows tinted as well as get me the all weathered mats I was wanting, so when I came to sign papers and pick up the vehicle everything was all ready to go. A big thank you as well to Bryan for taking care of getting my vehicle all ready to go and getting the extra items I was wanting. My experience with Bob Sight Kia was great and I would refer any of my family and friends to them in the future. I love my 2012 Kia Sportage and down the road when I need another vehicle I will be going back to Bob Sight Kia. More

They weren't eager to please by any means, so I shopped online and found Bob Sight. Within 2 quick phone calls and an email or 2, I had the deal I wanted for my new Optima and a generous trade-in for my old Optima, in all, about 20 minutes of my time! Matt Rodecap, the Internet sales manager, went above and beyond my expectations of a new car buying experience and he's earned a lifetime customer. This was our 3rd KIA purchase and we will be coming back for our next car! More
