Oil change Service was excellent, completed within time stated, the vehicle had a couple of recalls and those issues were taken care of the same day. Jack & Nate are the best Jack and Nate are outstanding to work with. They always get me out of their much faster than I anticipate and they are never "pushy" when it comes to Jack and Nate are outstanding to work with. They always get me out of their much faster than I anticipate and they are never "pushy" when it comes to selling their services, which is what most people prefer! They always go over any issues and explain what needs immediate fixing and what is something to keep an eye on down the road. The other thing I appreciate is that they never try to push services on me that they know I can complete on my own, such as changing wiper blades or an air filter. Don't get me wrong, if you need that type of service done they will be more than happy to, but they aren't going to try and hard sell you on things you can do yourself. Thanks Jack and Nate! Jack Spence and Robby Harmon have usually handled my service in the past, and this week I met Michael Ostrander. These men have really taken good care of my car and explained the work in detail. After my first beloved Sportage was totaled, I bought a new 2016 model from Bryan Buehler, a totally comfortable experience under difficult circumstances. The sales, service and parts department employees all go the extra mile to be friendly, helpful and conscious of my budget. I sit in the comfortable waiting room and take serious advantage of the coffee bar while service is being completed. Sometimes I wander around the showroom and visit with Allan Ball if he's between customers. I never dread a visit to this dealer because I know they will do what is best for my car. More
