Air conditioning This is the first time I've had something wrong with my Kia Optima since I bought it new over 2 years ago. I had water leaking on the passenger side, This is the first time I've had something wrong with my Kia Optima since I bought it new over 2 years ago. I had water leaking on the passenger side, called and set up an appointment, they took my car in the second I arrived, and fixed the problem in 10 minutes! Also they told me they would continue to check the hose that was leaking every time I bring my car in for an oil change. Excellent service and a great group of employees! More

I love that the staff is reliable and will tell you what repairs your car needs without being super pushy. I found that I would need a new battery soon when I went in for a routine oil change. I was quoted a price and went home to consider my options. Nate (the staff member) also said he entered in some kind of coupon code onto my account and within a week I received a discount coupon for the battery service. It was a great deal, the installment was done quickly and everyone was great and made sure I was happy with my service. More

This service department is very honest - once another auto repair shop told me I needed something repaired, so I took the car to the dealership to have the repairs done. It turned out it was unnecessary and the other place just wanted to run up my bill. The service advisors always make sure the car is repaired to my satisfaction and they do everything possible to keep things within my budget. More
