The service department never disappoints I used to take my car to other shops and then I bought a car here and started using their service department and I will continue doing so. The website is super easy to use and helps you keep up on the maitainace if you are not sure when or what you should have done. They fixed my kia up so well that when I had another accident and a lady backed into my front end doing about 20 mph, I knew that there was no one else but Bob Sight Collision that I wanted to fix my car. I can't say enough about Josh, Jennifer, Shawn and Jerrod who all gave me excellent customer service. These folks went way above to make sure that my kia looked fantastic after it was fixed and helped me in every aspect. This review is regarding Bob Sight Kia Service Department: I have had my Kia Soul for just over 3 years and it is almost 60,000 miles. Every 3000 miles I take it in too the Service Department and Jack is always extremely helpful and he takes the time to explain what is going on with any service. I don't know the names of the guys who work on the cars but I wanted to tell them they do a great job every time I get my vehicle serviced. Mr. Bob Sight - I think you have great employees and as a loyal customer I really do appreciate their continued customer service which means a lot to me because it is rare these days. Expectations of a service center. You would assume by 2017 that the industry would have streamlined service procedures and made the wait virtually non existant. You would be wrong. Hour long waits, fast talking pitches with up sales galore, you wade through a sea of half truths and check engine lights only to patiently await how many hundreds of dollars changing the cabin air filter was. As you sip scalding hot, scorched coffee and listen to the drone of the lady next to you talk about God knows what, you only wish that your thumbs could suck you into your phone while you absent-mindedly scroll Facebook and you don't have to hear her prattle on and on and on... But. This Dealership isn't like that. scheduling appointments via their web app makes picking a time that's most convenient for you a breeze. I picked 1130 and was gone within the hour for an oil change. I parked directly outside the service bay, was greeted by the friendly staff without hesitation or waiting, they knew exactly what I needed and got to work straight away. I was directed to a quiet and spacious waiting area to relax while they tinker away and was greater by slight monotone of daytime television and a good cup of coffee. Csnt complain. Service manager came and discussed some tips for future maintenance, offered at fair prices with times extentions if I wanted them today, and finished their tasks. Called me back to service and away I went. This dealership is the only one I could recommend for your needs. Be it service of sales, there is Nothing better than this. More
