My purchase experience at Bommarito Nissan has been the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I felt no pressure in purchasing a vehicle which everything was all about providing "Excellent" customer service. I was already a Nissan owner and really wanted to purchase another Nissan vehicle but I was hesitant due to my previous experience with purchasing my current vehicle at another Nissan dealership. The Bommarito team (Fred and Greg) really changed my mind and showed me that Nissan is still a dealership that I have grown to love. The only concern I had during this purchase was the fact that the Nissan Corporation was not willing to finance me at my current interest rate or a lower interest rate eventhough I had a history of making my payments on time for the past 70 months and only had two payments left. I took in consideration my credit rating had not improve much from original purchase but I really thought my on time payment history would have accounted for something and the fact that I was a repeat customer to Nissan. Unfortunately, I had to finance my vehicle through another finance company with a lower interest rate. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase!!! More

I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff. We here helped immediately after exiting our vehicle. And I am so glad I was informed of that because I went with another color rather than the one I came to test drive initially. Everything was smooth and straight forward. The approval process took no time at all. I am just sorry I can't also recall the finance guy's name because he was helpful and moved the process along easily as well. I know Nissan makes great cars and when it's time for another, I will be back at Bommarito. It was nice to come here and see things go so well after I had just left another dealer who gave us the runaround and then had the nerve to pull out stats, etc., saying we wouldn't find a deal like theirs within 200 miles. Funny, I went less than 15 miles, found a car that was a few hundred cheaper and with fewer miles for the exact same car. More

He explained what options are commonly chosen. His integrity was good and our negotiation was expedited due to the quote I brought with me. After closing the deal, I was very happy with the finance guy, Greg. He explained the options and helped be pick the best financing. Bommarito has a great overall reputation against Suntrup and other competitors. I did not mind driving the extra 50 miles to get the car I wanted. By the way, my wife has owned two Nissans over the past 20 years (300Z and Sentra) with no problems whatsoever. More

We came by Bommarito's to drop off a key from our Xterra we had traded. On the way there a truck passed us and splashed our new Juke with mud. We we arrived we asked Dustin for a cloth to clean off our car...Dustin came out and cleaned up our car himself...That went way above what was expected of him.... If we are ever in need of another car we would certainly ask of Dustin and be sure we will always give him a good word to our friends looking for an excellent buying experience.
