This was my first time ever going to a Nissan Dealership and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. Joe Troia came out to help me while I was walking around kind've lost outside. Todd worked with me until we could get the price I needed, all this done over the phone, none of that back & forth, in the office, I have to talk to my manager to see if we can do that price, where you are there for hours dickering back & forth nonsense. Todd kept in touch until I was able to make the purchase, always pleasant, keeping me informed of the progress until I was able to go in, sign the papers and drive away in my new car.
