My experience with Bommarito Nissan was awesome to say the least. My sister who purchased her car from him five years ago, recommended Todd to me. I went in hoping to search for an Altima that was adverti the least. My sister who purchased her car from him five years ago, recommended Todd to me. I went in hoping to search for an Altima that was advertised in the paper. As soon as I pulled the ad out, Todd told me they were sold out and that I didn’t want it anyway because that particular model didn’t come with a radio (much to my mother’s surprise). He immediately ushered us to his desk to see what was available in my price range and came up with several options. I test drove the one that sounded best and absolutely loved it! When we returned, Todd never once quoted the MSRP and that’s what really let me know that he was different from other salesmen at their competitor dealer. He also answered any and all questions I had. I even asked a few test questions (ones I knew the answers to) just to see how honest he was and he always answered without hesitation. Because I’m a recent college grad without much credit, I had to receive credit approval from Nissan (my lender) and was assured the car would not be sold until there was a final decision. Long story short, I was approved and Kyle, the “finance guy” got me a great rate along with a very practical monthly note. I’m very pleased with all of the hard work (and believe me it was a lot of work) from these two gentlemen and made my first car search a breeze! I love my new car. Thank guys!! More
This the 3rd Nissan we bought/leased from Josh. Each time was a pleasant and professional experience. My wife got exactly the vehicle she wanted-in the color and with package she wanted. Josh gave us all our discounts and even managed to save her money by stepping us down from an Altima to a Sentra. The new Sentra had plenty of room and handles very tight-a good thing! We accomplished most of the deal on the phone ane e-mail. Just one hickup....we were sent the title by the state in error and it necessitated a trip to the showroom....oh well, just another ecuse to see Josh! More

It was effortless, profitable and finally painless to buy a new car. Bommarito has their act together by hiring people like Josh. I scheduled an appointment for warranty service. Arrived on time 10:30 AM, 3 service managers were at their counters with only 1 actively working on a customer. Received no acknowlegment from the other 2 se on time 10:30 AM, 3 service managers were at their counters with only 1 actively working on a customer. Waited 5 minutes, when the service manager who was working with the current customer finally indicated that he would be with me in a few minutes. The other two service managers were unresponsive, still no acknowledgment. The service work was a recall and was told that it would be a few hours. Decided to go back to work and wait for the call to pick up my Nissan Rogue. Received a call at 4:30 PM from Rich indicating that my car would not be ready and that they did not even get to it. I did not get a courtesy call during the day and with this call at the close of business I needed to understand options. Rich did mentioned that a service vehicle would be provide at no charge. Upon my arrival to the dealership around 5PM, I was told that all service vehicles were out. Not to worry, they would take me to enterprise leasing where I could get one with no charge to myself. That evolution was an adventure, they did not tell enterprise that I was coming so it was like waiting into airport and waiting in line and it was a 45-60 minute wait. FINAL REVIEW: I have purchased several vehicles from Bommarito over the years and thought all service departments were equal in customer service. THIS IN NOT TRUE. The service I receive was going back in the 70's- 80's where customer service was not on the radar. I did speak to the service manager and indicated the situation. It was very cordial and professional. My reason for choosing this dealership was the proximity to work. Unsure if I will be working with this dealership in the future for service. With all the competition the competitive edge is in your first impression. I am recommending this dealership because I got to speak with the customer service manager, the warranty work was fine but how we got there was an adventure. More
This is the second car I have bought from Bommarito Nissan in the last 2 years. The two sales people we talked with and setup test drive vehicles, always treated us respectfully. They didn't waste our time with haggling games as we experienced with another St.Louis area dealer. They gave us the best price, even above discounts offered by dealerships through a warehouse store. They appreciate the customers business and let them know they do. No such games as sign a contract and then we'll give you the price. As long as I drive Nissan products, I'll always go with Bommarito. Finance manager made the deal smooth. More
