One of the best buying experiences I've had in years. Took advantage of the "Owner Loyalty" program and was able to upgrade my leased vehicle from a 2008 Altima to a 2011 Rogue three months ahead of the Took advantage of the "Owner Loyalty" program and was able to upgrade my leased vehicle from a 2008 Altima to a 2011 Rogue three months ahead of the termination of the existing lease and reduce my payment from $325 to $296 for the same lease term. I was due to pick up the new vehicle on March 2, but on Friday February 18, my salesman called and informed me of a Presidents' Day promotion, where if I picked up the car by the following Monday, I would receive an additional $500 off. It just kept getting better and better! More

I purchased a 2011 Versa SL because I was looking to get a car with better gas mileage. I performed my entire research/buying process 100% on line. Why waste time going from dealer to dealer in person when a car with better gas mileage. I performed my entire research/buying process 100% on line. Why waste time going from dealer to dealer in person when you can shop every dealer in the state at home? Josh was by far the most helpful internet manger of the nearly 25 dealers I contacted online. He answered all of my questions in a timely matter. Eventually it got to the point where when I wanted to find something out I emailed Josh instead of the other internet departments. Josh gave me the lowest quote of the dealers and he gave me a quote via email. I didn't have to waste my time playing the, "You really need to come in before I'll give you a price" game Suntrup Automotive was insistent on that. When I narrowed down my dealerships to the three I would visit Bommarito was by far the best. The used manager gave me a fair deal for my trade-in without any hassle. In fact, his offer was more than 3000 above what St.Charles automotive offered and 1575 more than Suntrup. The final price of the car was better than what any other dealer offered. Josh provided excellent service, especially considering that the Versa is the least expensive car in the Nissan lineup. My wife and I plan on upgrading my car in 2011 and her car in 2012. Josh had no idea that when he sold me one car, he was really selling two. Next year we'll be back to purchase an Xterra from Josh. More
Response was very prompt and Dustin Olson was great to work with. I discussed everything in mail and went to the showroom and picked up the car in 2 hours! I was very impressed with the manner of respect in which I was treated. Mr. Eickle went above and beyond the call of assisting me to find a vehicle in my price range and getting the amenities that I desired I was treated. I dreaded the thought of having to search for something within my price range because my previous car was paid for. Mr. Eickle followed up with me often - took the time to make sure I was shown a variety of vehicles new, old, used etc. I was thoroughly impressed with the one on one time I was given. I purchased the 2011 Altima - super black!!!!!!!! I love the features and the new car smell!!!!! and.....to top it off, when I picked my car up, Mr. Eickle met me at the car lot,on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. This is my second purchase from Bommarito's. My Altima lease was up and I wanted to upgrade to a Maxima. Dustin's vast knowledge of the vehicle and with numerous financial options made it a great experien lease was up and I wanted to upgrade to a Maxima. Overall I may recommend this dealer in the future, but definitely not the salesman Dan Bagy. Let me start off saying I did my homework. I had pricing on their cars my salesman was not even aware of (1st hint of many that I should have asked for someone else). I knew the price range and car note I wanted to stay in and I also knew that the vehicle I wanted would work. My salesman kept trying to talk me out of getting that particular vehicle saying it would not work, yet he would keep pushing me toward other vehicles that were the same price-if not more! For some reason when he found out how low the vehicle was based on the internet price and not the sticker, he acted as if he did not want to sell me the car-almost as if he had someone else in mind for it. I can't say for sure if that was the case, but that was Friday night and Saturday afternoon the vehicle was sold. Oh and did I mention he was not aware the vehicle was on the lot because it was blocked in by many other vehicles and out of view? Oh well could just be me, but it bothered me enough to write this review with disgust and a bad taste about this dealership. The employees you hire are a direct representation of your business.
