My wife and I recently purchased a new Altima from Bommarito Nissan. Todd Eversgerd was the salesman. He is far and away the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Rolled over a lease for a third time and the main reason is Mike Hahn--my sales person. Mike just "gets it". A nice guy who knows his stuff and assists completely. We were greated as we walked in the door, offered water and coffee. We were happily allowed to test drive a new CUBE, as well as other models. Greg was great at finding a very low interest rate loan, and offered the extended maintenance program in an understandable and low pressure manner. I purchased my 2007 Nissan Maxima from Bommarito after having a horrible experience at another Nissan dealer in the St. Louis area. A few weeks ago, I had hit something in the road, causing a "bubble having a horrible experience at another Nissan dealer in the St. Louis area. A few weeks ago, I had hit something in the road, causing a "bubble" in my tire. I took my car to the closest Nissan dealer (the one that I would not purchase the car through) for service on the tire. They explained to me that they could not honor the warranty, since it was not purchased there. After calling Bommarito, Rich Moore explained to me that there was no reason why they should not have honored this warranty, but to please come in and he would take care of this. We took our car up there today and what wonderful service we received. Rich was very friendly, but most importantly, efficient. Within 1 hour, Rich had all the paperwork done, our oil change done, and the tire replaced at no additional charge to us. That took not only paperwork through Nissan (Silver Package), but he went the extra step to call on the additional warranty we had purchased through Bommarito. We left VERY happy customers, and won't bring the car to the other dealer for so much as an oil change. Thank You, Annette M. Hoeing More
