This is the second car I have leased from Bommarito. Also purchased a used car as well. Todd Eversgerd assisted me with all my leasing and purchasing needs, and I cannot express enough how well he took care purchased a used car as well. He always returned my phone calls and answered all my questions and concerns. This last time, I told Todd that he thought it was a good car and a good deal, to start the paperwork. I trusted Todd without having seen the car! When I arrived at Bommarito's, it was extremely busy, but although Todd was busy with other customers, he made it a point to stop and walk over to me. He also introduced me to his General Manager, Steve Coleworthy, who was just delightful. Steve took me to my new car and pointed out different features on it that I was unfamiliar with. I then met with Greg, in the Business Office, who also was so very nice, and extremely friendly. The total experience was awesome! I talked to some of my friends about my experience, and I explained to them this is how Bommarito ALWAYS treats me...like a "Queen!" The customer service didn't stop after I leased the car. A week later I received a nice note from Todd and a box of delicious chocolate chip cookies. I have had experience with the service department and the body shop, and can honestly say the customer service has always been over the top in those two areas as well. It is a pleasure doing business with Todd Eversgerd and the others at Bommarito's. More

There is a level of comfort that I experience when dealing with these two professional sales representatives. I believe it comes from their actual desire to serve as a facilitator during the process o dealing with these two professional sales representatives. They listen to what I want in a vehicle and then try to accomodate my desires within the budget I have allotted. This is not an easy task in todays economy,but they succeeded and I purchased a vehicle that suits my transportation needs, has the options and creature comforts I desire and was priced right. This purchase represents our 7th Purchase or Lease that we have done through you in your Dealership. Not only have we done all of our automobile purchases here but we continue, as we have done in the past, to do all of our Service Work with your dealership as well. Our relationship began in 1997 and continues today. This all started because I didn't want another bad feeling buying a car from someone that I didn't know. I explained to him what I was looking for in my new car, and we looked at some Versas. Eventually, however, he found me a Sentra that was perfect! It had everything that I wanted and more, and was still within my price range. I really appreciate his help and I love my new car! I also worked with Kyle Reinken in the Finance Department. This is the first time I've bought my own car and Kyle helped explain all the financing options. With his assistance I picked the best plan for me.
