Paul Pittman is a wonderful person, and I have been grateful for all his care and thoughtfulness from the first time we came into the dealership. The dealer serviced the car in a prompt and professional manner. While we had a small inconvenience that caused the car to not be ready for another hour, the dealer addressed the issue and quickly and prof manner. My wife and I worked with Dustin in March 2008 to purchsse a 2009 Nissan Altima Coupe, and then again in May 2009 to purchase a 2009 Nissan Rogue. We came back to see Dustin about the Rogue when wer purchsse a 2009 Nissan Altima Coupe, and then again in May 2009 to purchase a 2009 Nissan Rogue. We came back to see Dustin about the Rogue when were in the market for a new SUV because he was so courteous and helpful to us with the Altima, and even though we eventually purchased a Ford Escape instead of the Rogue, we were extremely pleased with Dustin's assistance and professional approach. We will definitely come back to see Dustin the next time we're in the market for a new car, and we recommend him to our friends who are in the market. More

My son was on his way from his home in Columbus, OH to school at Mizzou. His 2000 Altima broke down just outside St. Louis. Since, we live out of state, he had no idea where to turn for service. I searche school at Mizzou. His 2000 Altima broke down just outside St. Louis. Since, we live out of state, he had no idea where to turn for service. I searched the internet for options and randomly wound up at Bommarito. This was the first experience with any type of breakdown for my son. It was Saturday night and every turn was a new experience. He was towed to the dealer..put the key in the drop slot and then hoped he'd made the right choice. He had to wait until Monday to find out he was at the right place. His car needed major repairs, but Bommarito and their service agent Ian Bellerson treated Will fairly and had his car ready to go Monday night. He was back at class Tuesday morning. This experience could have had a different outcome. The dealer could have completely taken advantage of a college kid who was stuck with few options. Instead, they treated him fairly and got the job done. When he's ready to trade in in old Nissan with 160k miles on it, I'm sure Bommarito will be high on his list of dealers. Thanks for helping with this learning experience. Your guys get an "A". More
