Richard Moore was a true pleasure to work with. I have not owned my preowned vehicle I purchased at Bommarito for that long and had an issue with the lumbar support in my seat. It was not something that would have been covered on my extended warranty that I purchased. Richard toook it upon himself to research that a bulletin had been issued about the seat problem and he felt it should be covered. He made the calls, got the part in within a couple days and fixed the lumbar support. There was no charge to me. I drive 3,000 miles a month, so lumbar is a MUST. Thank you Richard for going the extra mile. I will be back for all of my service needs. More

I called to inquire about a problem with the sun visor on our 2003 Murano. Mr. Moore said he would check with Nissan and call me back. I purchased my 2007 Nissan Maxima from Bommarito after having a horrible experience at another Nissan dealer in the St. Louis area. A few weeks ago, I had hit something in the road, causing a "bubble having a horrible experience at another Nissan dealer in the St. Louis area. A few weeks ago, I had hit something in the road, causing a "bubble" in my tire. I took my car to the closest Nissan dealer (the one that I would not purchase the car through) for service on the tire. They explained to me that they could not honor the warranty, since it was not purchased there. After calling Bommarito, Rich Moore explained to me that there was no reason why they should not have honored this warranty, but to please come in and he would take care of this. We took our car up there today and what wonderful service we received. Rich was very friendly, but most importantly, efficient. Within 1 hour, Rich had all the paperwork done, our oil change done, and the tire replaced at no additional charge to us. That took not only paperwork through Nissan (Silver Package), but he went the extra step to call on the additional warranty we had purchased through Bommarito. We left VERY happy customers, and won't bring the car to the other dealer for so much as an oil change. Thank You, Annette M. Hoeing More

This sort of experience is par for Rich and his team. Highly recommend this dealership - especially for its service department. More
