Not impressed. I was left waiting 2 hours... no one came to update me on the progress of my vehicle, but I assumed they were working on it. I eventually had to find I was left waiting 2 hours... no one came to update me on the progress of my vehicle, but I assumed they were working on it. I eventually had to find someone to speak to in the service department for an update, only to find out that they didn't even have the part for my common repair. When did they know this? It took two hours after my scheduled appointment to inform me that they weren't working on my car at all that day? Considering the circumstances, one would expect immediate service the next day. Nope. No call. I needed to track them down for information again. When I did, they didn't guarantee my car until the end of the day (6PM). I didn't realize it takes 9 hours to change a light bulb. More
