By Wednesday August 27, 2014 Justin called and and said "I think Ive got the car you want" and by 7:30 PM Thursday August 28,2014 Justin was explaining all the features of our new Chevy Traverse LTZ and we were off. Number one Justin was polite and very helpful. Number twohe said he would try to find us a car as quickly as possible and he did. Third we are an older couple and Justin treated us very respectfully. A couple of typo errors made the transaction take a littel longer, but Justin got us water and a coke and apologized for the delay. A very nice young man with aprofessional attitude. The entire process was very streamlined with 45 minutes from start to finish with Dom as my s Just leased a new 2014 Silverdo and what a truck it is. The entire process was very streamlined with 45 minutes from start to finish with Dom as my salesman. The majority of the time was going over the truck features due to the extent of all of the stuff in this 2014 model. Drove from Clarkston to Rochester and home to Lapeer area and averaged 22.1 miles per gallon. What a wonderful vehicle and a great experience with Dom and Bowman. Will be back again next time. More
