Peggy was recommended to me by family when I said I was interested in buying a new car. I came in and did a test drive for a 2013 Sonic and I fell in love with it! I had to wait a few months before I was ready to buy and Peggy was very patient and friendly whenever I had a question. When it came time to buy I was in a bit of a time crunch and Peggy worked hard and after hours to get me set up with my new car within 24 hours. She also worked with the finance guy (whose name I've forgotten) to get me an awesome rate on my loan which got my payments right where I needed them to be, that was such a relief! I cannot thank Peggy and Bowman enough! This is my first experience with a dealership and I can't find anything to complain about. :) More

I have purchased by last 3 vehicles from Bowman. My previous salesman no longer works at Bowman so I had to choose a new one. I went in with my two teenagers to look around and test drive and Rocco quickly got us a vehicle to test drive. He was excellent to work with and very personable. We chatted about my daughter's sports and my son's college. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience. When we decided to purchase, my husband and I went back. It was July 3rd and you had an awesome picnic spread and that was a nice surprise! So he got some lunch while Rocco and I searched for the car I wanted. He also had our trade in looked at and explained exactly how they arrive at the trade in value. We had to have the car brought in from another dealer. Even with it being the holiday, some of his coworkers on vacation and having to do some training, he got the car to us very quickly. He made sure to show me around the service area and explained how to make appointments and what to do if I needed to drop my car off and get a ride to work etc. I could go on forever, but suffice it to say that my experience was super excellent and I am very satisfied with my "new ride". If you are in northern Oakland county you should absolutely be using this dealership!!! More

From the moment I walked in the front door, my expectations were surpassed. My purchase of a new Sonic was totally dependent upon the trade-in value of my current car. Another dealership offered me nearly $4,000 less! Brian then introduced me to Rocco. He was friendly, never pushy, and took me all around the dealership to look at cars. He worked very well with my bank and had my car ready for me on Friday morning when I wanted to pick it up. I only write reviews for exceptionally good or very poor experiences. Bowman Chevrolet tops the list for incredible customer service! I have recommended this dealership to several people and will continue to do so. More

I have always used your service department for car repair and was very happy with the servicing of my different vehicles that I had bough Chevrolet. The experience with your sale department was just as good as you service department or even a little better. My salesperson was (Allison Richards) and could not be more happy with the dealing's with her. She was very professorial and if she didn't have a answer for me, she would get it for me in a very timely manner. I even had some dealing with your General Manager, Brian and couldn't be any happier in the dealing with him to. Plus I met a few other employees in you organization also and was very please with them to. She was very friendly, but sort of "scattered" which made a lot of unneccasary running back and forth from the dealership to our Credit Union.
