Absolutely terrible dealership First, I bought a new camaro. Love the car, but they didn’t finish all of my paper work. It got mailed back to me and caused a huge hassle. I had a really hard time trying to make the first payment because GM Financial didn’t recognize my car purchase because the paperwork wasn’t submitted in a timely manner. Then the car starts rattling the day I bring it home. Take it back to the dealer for them to check out the rattle sound. It has been 5 days, they still haven’t even looked at it. I have called and asked about the status, and the service tech, Ray, told me he called and left a message. No he did not. Blatantly lied to me. I rolled the window down and it put a huge scratch down the entire thing. Apparently they can’t fix the glass, even by calling a third party company to come look at it. Then they tell me I might have to pay a deductible to fix it. I’m not paying to fix glass that became scratched by something in the internal part of the door. Don’t call yourself a full service dealership if you can’t handle the entire car. I’ll never buy another vehicle from here, and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Terrible experience all around. More
