It has been a long time since we have walked into a dealership to buy a car. Samantha , Mike and Robbie made this experience so easy and painless. Great communication very professional and the deal was the fastest I have ever experienced for a dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a car. Walk in the door and ask for Samantha , She will take care of you! Only disappointment was the used car only came with 1 key FOB but was told it had 2 when it was traded but the 2nd wouldn't allow car to start so they destroyed it. I asked for a replacement but they have not gotten me one and kinda been ignored on my ask for one. More

I was referred to Buchanan Subaru by an employee from MAC Inc. in Salisbury. I worked with Sam Homa throughout the process of making a decision to purchase.
