We went over the pricing of the vehicle, any dealer fees, and the trade-in value of mine. Because I was from out of town (about 5 hrs. away) he requested some pictures and information regarding the vehicle I was trading in. He got back to me in a prompt manner with a fair offer and we completed the deal by phone/email. Being that I was so far away, I was a little skeptical about being hit with added dealer fees and/or reduced trade-in value when I got there, but that wasn’t the case. Johnathan was true to his word! Everything was just as we discussed with no games being played as you sometimes find with other dealers. This was one of the easiest and best car buying experiences I have ever had, and I have been buying cars for a lot of years! Also, Matt was very nice and pleasurable as well. Offered to give me touch up paint when the repair was over $2,100 because of their mistake of chipping the special pearl paint. Shows how much they know that you can’t just touch up that color. More

I wish all dealers were this way. Johnathan was awesome. No pressure and the whole group was perfect. (No games) I drove from out of town to see the truck could not stay. Filled out app online and went then next day by train to pick it up. They even picked me up from the train station. Johnathan spent all the time I needed going over the truck.
