They are very competitively priced, have great bargaining power with the banks and worked hard to get me a good rate. Fred was very personable and clearly understood what I wanted/needed. No one I spoke to gave the impression that it would be difficult with the goals I had set out in mind; a definite contrast to many other dealerships. Everyone at Hyundai City was more than eager to accommodate me with any trim level or accent that I may have needed. Going over payments and insurance options went smoothly; I didn't feel "upsold' or that I was offered anything I couldn't foresee being beneficial. All in all, I would definitely return. More

I have NEVER had someone more knowledgable about the car they were selling me. He explained everything clearly and could answer any question I asked. It's clear he knows his stuff. I also feel confident that if I have any questions he will be right there to help. I can't say enough about how great this experience was.
