My daughter's first car purchase After emailing with Liz Petnicki, she arranged for my daughter and I to meet with Fred Supnick and test drive the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT that we saw After emailing with Liz Petnicki, she arranged for my daughter and I to meet with Fred Supnick and test drive the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT that we saw online. My daughter had been driving a 2001 Malibu, that her grandmother gave her when she first got her license, and has had the car for 4 years. The car barely runs, has no heat or AC, she needed a new car desperately. The service we received from Fred was more than outstanding. He made us feel comfortable right away. He didn't have the typical "car salesman" approach, and allowed us time to talk things over (he even offered us privacy), he was not pushy, nor did he try to up-sell to something we didn't need. He even took the extra step and showed my daughter all of the features her new car had and hooked her phone up for her. Liz came over and introduced herself to us and made sure we were being taken care of. I've bought 3 cars from this dealership (a Dodge Caravan, Durango and Charger RT) and plan to stay a loyal customers. After meeting and working with Fred, I am now a loyal customer of his.
