One bad experience I am a loyal customer of Hyundai city. I have only had one bad experience and it was with Rene Galindo. He was not helpful and talked to me in an unprofessional and threatening manner. I needed assistance with a warranty that I had on my new Hyundai vehicle. I went to him to find out about my warranty to see if it covered a service that I needed. The service was not covered and I asked for a copy of the warranty because I had left mine at home. He told me I could not receive a copy that it was for in house use only. I left his office and he followed me to the service area which I feel was very unprofessional. He speaking to me in a loud tone and I felt very threatened. The other employees in this dealership are great. Fred, Cassie and Tony have always been very helpful. More
