Hyundai has quality cars priced right with great warranties. Ryan Fritz was a great salesman. He took the time to explain the vehicles to us and we didn't feel rushed or pushed in one direction. Great Experience Start to Finish! It's rare someone spontaneously buys a car, but that's exactly what we did. Our plans were to research models for a few months, to find the best repla It's rare someone spontaneously buys a car, but that's exactly what we did. Our plans were to research models for a few months, to find the best replacement for our Veracruz which we absolutely love and were donating to a family member in need. Ryan Fritz was the sales professional that greeted me and asked about what I was looking for and what my vehicle criteria included. Ryan knows his cars and their features so we immediately narrowed down the field of choices. Ryan asked about color preferences, which is actually something I had opinions about and forgot to mention as one of my criteria. Ryan took me through all the features of the Santa Fe and we took a test drive. Upon return we talked finances, of course and then the best thing happened. Ryan supported my going home to think on it and let me bring my husband back later that evening as he was working late and hadn't been part of this car consideration experience. I brought my husband back later that night and Ryan again took us through all the features and answered every question my husband had. We left the dealership that night and had time to consider whether or not this was the right car and the right time to purchase. I returned to work out the details with Ryan the next morning and he was extremely patient with us as I played phone tag with my husband who was away at his ARMY Drill weekend. With the financial details complete Ryan took me to Cassie and we finished the paperwork. Cassi was thorough and took me through all the important considerations, especially as this was my first lease, I appreciated some of the coverage points I would not usually have considered. With the financing completed and the car ready for me to take home, I found myself wondering how will I get 2 cars home, since I wasn't trading in my Veracruz. Ryan and a colleague, James, followed me home - greeted my 2 dogs and left me with a beautiful 2016 Santa Fe. In the days following my purchase, I went back to the dealer where Ryan helped me better understand a few of the features about my new vehicle. I have to say he is really very knowledgeable and I enjoyed this car spontaneous car buying experience. With the exception of price, because I feel all cars are overpriced anymore, I give 5 stars to Ryan Fritz, Cassi Kerwood and the dealership. I look forward to coming back in 3 years for my next vehicle! On a separate note, I would like to also recognize and commend the following Service professionals: Tony, Aldo, and Anthony Tony was very helpful with the servicing request for the Veracruz I was getting in order for my family. Aldo answered questions I had regarding aspects of brakes and pads that were being replaced. Anthony was fantastic in scheduling and arranging the detail service for the Veracruz which came back in like brand new condition. I am always impressed with the courtesy, friendliness and professionalism these 3 gentlemen provide. 5 stars to each of them! More
