We put a deposit on the Xterra but it would not pass smog. There was an extreme lack of communication and follow up on the part of the dealership to communicate the status of the repairs to allow the ve smog. There was an extreme lack of communication and follow up on the part of the dealership to communicate the status of the repairs to allow the vehicle to pass smog. We were frequently told that our sales person would call us back with the status - he never did. We had to go to the dealership several times to find out the status of the repairs. In other instances, we were on hold for close to an hour waiting for a status update - only to be disconnected. Finally, after over 3 weeks of this painful- like pulling teeth for information process - and still no car - we requested a refund of our deposit. The refund was granted without pushback. I will also note that this dealership adds a $900 theft insurance policy to all sales prices whether you need additional insurance or not…so add an additional ~ $1,000 to the advertised price of the vehicle. We were communicating with Brandon M. My daughter emailed him to schedule a test drive, no response. She emailed again, no response. I emailed him, no response. My daughter called 3 times, “he’s busy”. I end him to schedule a test drive, no response. She emailed again, no response. I emailed him, no response. My daughter called 3 times, “he’s busy”. I ended up calling another sales person Andres R. He said he would send me a link to their inventory…..didn’t receive anything. He ended up texting the next day and apologized. He got the phones numbers mixed up. As for Brandon M, If you don’t want to help a college student find a reliable car then just say so. Don’t waste our time and don’t bother sending potential buyers an email that tries to convince the consumer that you want to help. Total B.S. More

Attempted to buy car from out of state. I agreed to their demand that I show up in person to pay for the car and then have it shipped out of state to avoid CA sales tax. I bought a plane ticket to CA, and fr demand that I show up in person to pay for the car and then have it shipped out of state to avoid CA sales tax. I bought a plane ticket to CA, and from that point onward, Louis the sales rep stopped returning calls although he would text incomplete answers after delays of hours. I estimate I used about 15 minutes total of his time. Two days before my flight to CA I inquired and was told that the car was missing a fob. I was told it was my problem, and the dealership would neither replace the missing part or compensate me to replace the part myself. I canceled the order. Caveat emptor. Prices are higher than market, and their communication and sales tactics leave a lot to be desired. Expect them to withhold important information to the consumer unless directly asked, and to ignore you the moment they think you are a captured customer. On the flip side, their website has more car information than others. Just don't expect them to be forthcoming about car deficiencies. More
Can't recommend strongly enough to not buy a car here. I bought a 2017 Chevy Bolt and after being told a charger for my new car would be put in the back, I arrived home to find that there was no charger in bought a 2017 Chevy Bolt and after being told a charger for my new car would be put in the back, I arrived home to find that there was no charger in the back. No big deal. I reached out to my sales person and said "Hey looks like you forgot to give a charger like we talked about, could you please have one shipped to me?" and he told me that he did not forget, but that they were all out of chargers. It was Saturday and he said he'd try to have one shipped out on Sunday or Monday at the latest. I drove up from San Diego to save a few hundred bucks. I didn't hear from him on Sunday, on Monday he did answer my call. I called the dealer and was accidentally hung up on, then transferred to services which went to voicemail, and then I talked with services and the guy was basically like "Well this isn't really my job, I can get the charger but your salesperson will need to ship it out". Apparently my salesperson had the day off. The next day I was told by my salesperson that he could "check and see if he could get an update". Another day passed and I checked in again, increasingly frustrated, I was told: "The charger has been shipped from what I've been told but I'm not sure when you would receive it". No tracking number. It's been a week since then and no charger. Remember, this is a fully electric car - so my new car is completely useless and I'm having to Uber around or eek out driving to a charging station to get a few miles of charging in. I just bought one online and gave up. This is the xxxx that gives used cars sales people the terrible reputation that they have. Give your business to someone else that will treat you like a human being. More

This was the worst purchasing experience I ever had. The worst. I was sold a car that didn't have an important charging feature I thought was standard, and when I called to ask my sales rep Matt what I coul worst. I was sold a car that didn't have an important charging feature I thought was standard, and when I called to ask my sales rep Matt what I could do, he was beyond unhelpful. He was rude. He wouldn't even answer my calls. The best he could do was to take back the car I had purchased days ago but for $1,500 less than he sold it to me! Making a profit on misinformation he gave me. Exhausted, I finally decided to drop the whole issue and just get the extra key he promised came with the vehicle, only to be told that no, there was no extra key. No big thing that he told me there was. His managers were no help. I should have checked the reviews before buying here. They all say similar things. These guys are crooks. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! More
