I was there recently and purchased a 2008 36D Pace Arrow. I had a new television put in and needed a trailer and a trailer hookup. Tim from parts/service was exceptional, as well as Matt in financing, and BJ I had a new television put in and needed a trailer and a trailer hookup. We had good a good experience with Camping World of Conway, NH. We were in the process of selling our seasonal camper and needed a small part for our fridge. Cameron in the parts department went out of Conway, NH. We were in the process of selling our seasonal camper and needed a small part for our fridge. Cameron in the parts department went out of his way to track one down in his supply department. A few weeks later we returned to inquire about a used camper we saw on-line. We ended up purchasing the camper with the good no-pressure sales of Nicholas and the help of the financing department. In less than 24 hours of returning home with our camper we noticed significant water damage in the front of the camper. We spoke to the Camping World managers and returned the camper within two hours. The service department got right on the process of removing the front panel of the camper and repairing it within two weeks. The repair was exceptional. We give all of their employees a 5-star rating with a special thank you to Carl in the service department who calmly worked with us through this frustrating process and Tyler for following through. The only disappointment we had was the lack of communication between the front office managers and reception area with the service department. The day we returned the camper we told a manager that we would be there in two hours, however, the Service Dept. had no clue of the situation or that we were on our way. The same thing happened on the day of pick-up, after telling the front office 2x that we were on our way the Service Dept had no idea that we were arriving that afternoon. Perhaps the blame lies with the Service Dept not following through with messages received. We will give the dealership a 4* rating because the damage should have been caught and repaired before we purchased the camper and the lack of communication with the front office/reception with Service Department. Also, none of the managers ever said “they were sorry” for the unseen damage in our camper. More

I recently purchased a new 21ft tow behind, the purchase went very well, the people were very pleasant, HOWEVER, part of the purchase agreement was to supply a spare tire. Well they didn't have the spare tire the day I picked up my new Camper so they promised me they would send it directly to my home address. 3 months have passed since then, I have called several times with no help at all getting through to the Manager and left E-Mail with them as well. No Response. I guess I left with a taillight warranty? Beware, make sure you get everything you agree upon before you leave. More

This place is a joke. When you have owned a camper for 2 .5 years and three major issues with it! The service dept SUCKS! They have no communication whatsoever l. I have always had to wait months for repair .5 years and three major issues with it! The service dept SUCKS! They have no communication whatsoever l. I have always had to wait months for repair parts. Great prices but if you buy from them you will want the extended warranty because you will need it. Take your service somewhere else. And the GM could only say sorry. And they expect me to pay out of pocket for parts and labor ?? No!!!! More

purchased a RV traded in my RV for a new one, the AC unit on arrival did not work, RV breakers keep tripping, my wife has COPD, CHF, ASTHMA, takes nebulizers several traded in my RV for a new one, the AC unit on arrival did not work, RV breakers keep tripping, my wife has COPD, CHF, ASTHMA, takes nebulizers several times daily. Was told 6 weeks for the thermostat for the RV. With all this heat wave think something should be priority. The bed above the driver and passenger seat does not close and open even. Paper work was mixed up with wrong address caused us to drive 170 miles to fix. More
