Easy, Quick, Painless Michael Maffa was my cars salesman and he was adamant about how Car Sense salesmen do not make commission off of their sales - they just want to help. You could tell that was true, especially with Michael. He was very personable and at the end of the deal, asked to take a picture of me with my new 2015 Chevy Equinox so that if I texted or called him with any inquiries, he could respond accurately. My 2015 Chevy Equinox LS is in great condition. It's black with clean block cloth interior, the soundsystem is great, and the ECO drive is my favorite. It didn't have a car manual but Michael and the Car Sense team were quick to amend that and it seems like they hand delivered the manual to my house - all is well. I did a trade-in with my 18 year old BMW, lovingly known as Brittney Maria Wisteria, and they gave me a fair deal on her. I would absolutely recommend Car Sense and Michael to my friends, coworkers, and family - I'm very happy with what I got. P.S., Michael responds to my questions about the car immediately and has been a great help throughout the entire process as this is my first time financing a car. 10/10 More

First Car Buying Experience I recently visited Car Sense to shop around for my first vehicle purchase. Upon walking in, I was nervous because I have heard so many negative experi I recently visited Car Sense to shop around for my first vehicle purchase. Upon walking in, I was nervous because I have heard so many negative experiences of friends/family having a car salesman that is over the top and only interested in making a sale. I quickly noticed that the atmosphere was much more relaxed than I thought, and I was greeted with a down-to-earth salesman, Kolton. I felt that he was more interested in helping me find what I was looking for than making a sale. Not only was Kolton helpful, he was very personable and made the experience a lot more enjoyable than the stories I heard. Overall, this was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back to talk to Kolton or other Car Sense personnel for any future car buying experiences. More
