We went onto Carshops website prior to visiting the dealership to look at the vehicles which we were interested in. The website is very user friendly. Once we got to the dealership , everyone was very dealership to look at the vehicles which we were interested in. The website is very user friendly. Once we got to the dealership , everyone was very nice and not pushy at all. They asked if we needed help and if we had questions they were there to help. We spoke with Evan Kies. We was excellent to deal with. He was patient, knowledgeable , friendly and honest . We were in and out with a car in about 3 hrs. That was even test driving 4 cars. I highly recommend you take time to visit CarShop if you are looking for a car. They have alot of stock and if they don’t have something , they will get . Again they are 5 stars !! More

Disappointed with my visit to CarShop Hatfield (3/2/25). Salesperson Ken was dismissive and rude when I inquired about a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. When I needed a moment to look up vehicle details, he told me to Salesperson Ken was dismissive and rude when I inquired about a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. When I needed a moment to look up vehicle details, he told me to leave if I was going to "have an attitude" and later called me "insane" to a colleague. Ended up buying the same vehicle from Fred Beans that day. CarShop lost a $25,000 sale due to unprofessional treatment.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ More

My experience here was great until the service manager for Hatfield’s branch Eric decided to cancel an appointment I had with them to fix my AC in the middle of a heatwave, on his own discretion and not a for Hatfield’s branch Eric decided to cancel an appointment I had with them to fix my AC in the middle of a heatwave, on his own discretion and not at request from anyone else, simply because the mechanic who USED to work on my car there, is my ex father in law and wasn’t willing to do the work himself. The appointment was scheduled with a different mechanic. Despite politely attempting to tell him it was unacceptable and made no sense he continued to repeat the same line of xx to me on the phone over and over again. I can’t recommend anywhere whose service manager would act this petty, over a relationship he has zero part in, without even being asked. If they will do that kind of petty stuff what is to stop them from messing with your car for petty reasons? The rot starts at the top here. More

We have bought 4 cars from this dealership, and were previously satisfied with the sales people. I recently brought my newest purchase to them for a check engine light. After this service visit in Decem previously satisfied with the sales people. I recently brought my newest purchase to them for a check engine light. After this service visit in December, the repair failed in March, and it cost me $600 to fix their mistake. Be wary of service department. This was the first time I let them service my car (in spite of previous purchases) and they messed it up. I will try to recoup my funds, but I'm not holding my breath. More

I was sold a car in June of last year, my second from this Carshop. Due to circumstances out of my control, I can no longer afford the car (9 months later). I was told today that they no longer sell t this Carshop. Due to circumstances out of my control, I can no longer afford the car (9 months later). I was told today that they no longer sell that model of car, and so they offered my barely more than half of the price I just paid off. They did not mention this TWO DAYS AGO when they told me to bring the car in for appraisal. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a repeat customer, or anyone for that matter. Will never, ever, set foot in this place again unless they are kissing it. More
